"Do not budge on your standards". It's a very wise advise. Sticking to them can be translated into more time looking, but also into less rotation on the long run. Which I believe is key for bonding with clients.

Thanks very much Carlos, and I agree 100%. The less rotation the better. The personnel rotation in one's own home is ideally at a minimum and it should be much the same in one's home away from home, so to speak.
