It is a deeply sanitised, corporate, vapid display of modern day Western working women, to the point where it is almost a self-parody, from admitting unironically to the use of "sneaky links" - essentially outright whorishness to engaging in overall useless, time wasting activities on company time shows that these people do not take their work seriously, and are neither productive nor diligent as people - but rather the same copies of the same vapid, insecure and shallow whores who do the same meaningless HR Social Media bullshit for their company as each other. It's a portrayal that reminds me of Patrick Bateman for its level of shallow, materialistic fakery.

If anything, more people realise how utterly useless HR is, and how it’s been subsidised by actual work that produces something of value.
