    My Aunt goes DOWN stairs backwards, which seems to help her.

      I'm short with limited knee mobility. What is best way to get in and out of bath tub shower. It's hard to lift my leg over.

    I had a stroke 3 years ago . my right leg is bad. my right hand is semi bad.
    i need to go up the stairs .can i do it by sitting on the stairs one at a time ?
