@@raz0660 no such thing, it takes level 1 components to craft ammo whenever you need it. and if you're struggling with ammo that bad and are too lazy to craft it when you run out, why not just cheat and use infinite ammo?
What stuck with me is she did it with the same non-chalance with which V kills gangoons. "Listen, you're being difficult and I don't care who you are, I have other stuff to do, and you're absolutely locked into being a nuisance". She killed Skippy because dealing with his personality setting was more of an inconvenience than setting it to factory settings, much like V kills the gangs and the corpos because it's less of a hassle than sneaking past or knocking them out. Hell, even with a solution to that problem (Skippy himself into puppy-loving pacifist mode), it still was easier to just grab a shotgun, or lean into whatever build you made. Maybe it's a stretch, but I'll walk that distance. This quest really told me something about engaging with the problems rather than jumping straight to the solution. Skippy may well have been an algorithm, but a set of coincidences made him into something unique and irreplaceable that can never be repeated. This game loves to get existential.
Every time with Skippy I've set pacifist mode first (to get it out of the way because it's harder to get 50+ kills with foot shots) and then Stone Cold Killer headshot mode. I've never heard the "permanent lock" phrase or Regina resetting him. So I guess it's in the order you do it, if you do headshot mode first it locks pacifist mode after? Or something else, I dunno.
and here i thought i was being an ass to skippy, didn't even realize i just saved his life. He should yell " good user!" every time V enters the armory.
hey unless they patched it during this quest when you go to set Skippy down open your inventory really fast and drop the gun if it works you'll hand in quest and stilkl be able to keeo Skippy which will be on the ground
I like the frantic zooming implying V can't focus her Kiroshis over the shock of Skippy's death
The first time I did this I laughed my damn ass off at the "You killed Skippy!" Line. The way he VA sounds so shocked is absolutely amazing
I prefer skippy’s evil cousin, Erebus😂
Fuck erebus
Fuck Erebus! Sorry, 40k-reflex. CP2077 Erebus is alright.
his evil cousin drains too much ammo
@@joakimbjorkgren3511yeah fuck erebus

It's very ironic Skippy got merc'd by the most righteous and benevolent of all fixers.
LOOOOOL the zoom make me think V eyes are twitching from shock.

I loved being as nonlethal as possible with my V. Except scavs, they were absolute KOS.
yeah and the women destroying it with no accountability by the lack of appreciation or proper understanding in most cases as usual.
in cyberpunk you can't have nice things. They always find a way to remove loveble characters it's the way the game version and Rpg works.
Right. Rip Brendan my brother
you can have nice things, but they always last only for short time and end badly
yeah aurore :/
Technically she didn't kill Skippy, she sold his AI to some guy so he's still out there, just not with this gun.
well not "some guy", it's Skippy's original creater.
No she killed him, just because there's a copy out in the wild doesn't mean it has our Skippys memories
At least you later get Skippys corpse.
This episode, along with what happened to Brendan, broke me.
this is a reference to the movie 2001 a space odyssey, when dave resets the onboard AI Hal 9000. 😯😯 and then it sings a song called "daisy"
Even Ragina's messy office has a better view than my house.
Male V sounds more concerned about skippy on that mission
Skippy, Brendan, Delamain, everyone in Night City wants to take my AI buddies away from me. :(
RIP Skippy. 🌹
Female V is a psycho, unlike Male V, here she sounds completely sincere about Skippy "dying" and I'm sure Regina felt her stomach drop a little
Nah Skippy earned it, he shames you relentlessly if you don't hand him back. Be careful what you wish for and all that.
I like how fem V sounds angry, but Male v sounds heartbroken 😭😭😭
Fun fact: she won't "kill" Skippy if cold blooded killer mode activated.
Let me quote the other AI you carry around later on: "A fragile simulacrum. Flawed, like its creators."
The dialogue is still marked as “Skippy:” meaning he lives on, faking his death…
Might be wrong, but if you lock it to cold-blooded killer mode instead I don’t think she wipes him
Still wiped him for me I think. Might also be wrong tho lol
@@acrazyguy14she doesn’t if it’s stone cold killer cause no permanent lock

Male Vs line actually sounds sad
Damn when I got skippy back, I never used it again since it became more useless than a normal smart gun with 2 mod slots.
A highly functioning cyberpsycho is sad over a fkin memory wipe of A FKIN GUN AI
First Brandon, now Skippy? Monsters walk among us.
and here i thought i was being an ass to skippy, didn't even realize i just saved his life. He should yell " good user!" every time V enters the armory.
Where were you when skippy was kill?
I was driving Kaneda bike in night city when V sent text, “skippy has dead.”
I cry 1 tear
Oh my God! They killed Skippy!
Whats ridiculous is you cant store the weapon in your stash or can you add it to your stash?
Would be cool if we could somehow do a mission to get the ai back😀
hey unless they patched it during this quest when you go to set Skippy down open your inventory really fast and drop the gun if it works you'll hand in quest and stilkl be able to keeo Skippy which will be on the ground
Honestly, I don't understand why V always gets an emotional attachment to algorithms. First Brendan, then Skippy...
No happy endings in Night City even for talking guns
Aw I didn't get these lines cuz I kept mine locked in kill mode..... shit.
How did you get this dialogue? I had 3 playthroughs and never had this option.
Why does female v always sound like she about to cry 😭😭
F
0:48 She killed Skippy!
I'ma say it.. Skippy was f*****g annoying!!😂
Not a shred of consciousness
which mission is this?
So all you need to do is to not give Skippy back. Got it
SHE KILLED SKIPPY!!!!!! SHE KILLED RATCHET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Daisy it is
V reference
Hell yeah
I avoid this contact, the voice just doesn't match the character.
BAAAAD USER! BAAD USER!!!
masc v said it better
BAD USER!! BAD USER!!
