Wow, absolutely love the lights! You and Chase did a wonderful job. The table and chairs are lovely - you can always add 3 lanterns with flameless flickering candles on the tabletop for a dramatic change. They come with a remote timer and/or battery-operated. It is so sweet to see George so happy and little Tiger trotting around. The night scene is gorgeous with the beautiful lights and the firepit. You are going to have such fun and enjoy this for years and years to come. Congratulations!!
Ashley, It would be really pretty to have planters on either side of your towel box to frame the window. You could put taller green bushes in them to break up the horizontal lines of all the furniture. Love watching you new home coming together!

Loving the black and tan outside, I have just 're done my living room in black and tan furniture, all from Facebook marketplace all lovely quality and such bargains. They are classy and classical colour combo, Manchester UK. 💐
I used double sided Velcro for my chairs and the cushions. That way they would stay if it was windy but I could take them off if I needed to! The backyard is beautiful. I love the look and that pool is so inviting 💙🩵🤍
Ashley looking good, I would face the lounger towards the pool and in a curve, not so stern and straight. The patio lights I use from Amazon on my social patio and around my garden house, they have a rubber ring on each socket to hang to lights so no need to wore tie. I love them. I also have them on my porches and I’ve had the. for 6 years and still burning (all lights are on timers) Next year plant arborvitae’s in large planters for tall greenery.. I love mine.. pools need tall greenery and many to move around for decor. 😎
❤❤❤ I put cut to pool noodles in the bottom of my pots for drainage, also saves a little potting soil. I also use empty wine bottles filled w water turned upside down stuck into the soil to water 🪴 potted plants. This way in the heat the plants don’t dry out 🌺
Your lights look so pretty at night. I purchased black solar torches from Amazon to highlight the edges of my garden space and they look great at night. Solar torches could be used to highlight the perimeter points of your pool area. My sister has them along the edge of their dock and her neighbors thought they ran natural gas to the lanterns. There are so many fun possibilities with your yard. Looking forward to your next project!

Have you considered adding another pole to the other side, doing the exact same thing with the lights and connecting the lights across the back of the pool?
Beautiful! I would suggest attaching a USB battery powered light strip inside the cover of the towel/toy chest. That would make it easier to do quick check on the insides at night. Enjoy your lovely home! You’ve earned it!,
Ashley, everything looks great! The boys seem to love it💕 Boy, Chase sure gets his workout 🔫 How many tv’s have you hung in your lifetime? The flowers are a great addition. The purple flowers don’t like a lot of heat. Mine seem to wilt pretty easily. It’s probably a good idea to give them only morning sun.

Our landscaper suggested we seal the concrete/pavers under the flower pots we have because the nutrients in the soil can cause staining. I think this area will get a lot of use when the weather is nice.
It looks great. You have inspired me to freshen up my house, I think I am driving my husband crazy. Now my sights are set on our pool area - ours is covered, and not as much deck area, but we spend a lot of time out there. Thanks foe the inspiration!

I have similar lights from Amazon but mine run on solar energy or I can I use a USB cable. Mine came with clips attached to them for hanging and they are shatterproof. I too live in Oklahoma and I purchased mine after being without power for four days after our recent storm. I would recommended them to anyone because they can also be used indoors and they omit little to no heat. When my neighbor homes were pitch black I had lights. With that said, I like seeing you new home decoration videos. You and your husband make a great team and it is always enjoyable seeing couples being positive when they work together! Patio area is looking great! But I think the planters are calling out for a tall slender evergreen surrounded by color below, I think it will provide a better balance for the overall look. 💕

I love loved this it's good to see a different set up at this house every thing is looking nice, you give me so many ideas I need to redo my backyard I have a dog she's a Doberman when she was a puppy she messed up a lot in the yard now she's older and better with things now it's time for me to get the yard back together looking nice

I'm thinking if you could find an outdoor weatherproof pillow long enough, that pool storage bin can double as extra seating when you have company over. That's if it's made of that hard durable plastic. Maybe store it away in the storage bin when you're not using it? Why not get a 2 for 1 deal here? Also, it'll be a good way to add a pop of color to the area. Something like the turquiose 💠you mention while speaking of the rocks in the fire pit and the pool color.

Good morning, yes Chase does all the assembling because I don’t have the patience. It’s a 2 billion dollar park about 50 minutes away. Will be cool if it all gets approved

You could probably velcro your chair cushions to the slats on the chairs to help them from flying away in the wind.

Love the table, I have no patience for furniture assembly, thank goodness for my teenage sons. I was reading yesterday about a giant waterpark/theme park that's coming to your area, looks fun! I really like how you rearranged the patio furniture. Great job on the lights! Love everything!
Good morning, yes Chase does all the assembling because I don’t have the patience. It’s a 2 billion dollar park about 50 minutes away. Will be cool if it all gets approved
@@TilVacuumDoUsPart I'll have to visit the park while I'm out visiting my Poke, but he's entering his senior year now, so probably won't make it. Looks very nice though! He's still in Germany, returning on 8/20. Holding my breath until he's home. We bought him a car yesterday, as he'll be living off campus this year. He was previously living in the SAE house. How do they grow up so fast???
