Yep - and had a lead on Tasca before he lost traction at the halfway mark. I've watched John run 338. You have no idea how fast that is until you sit in the finish line stands and watch it happen.

It was amazing watching Tasca run 341pmh in person. Congrats Tasca and team! Bragging rights!
I'm old enough to remember the 70's when 250 mph was a big deal.
(Don Garlits 1975 5.63, 250-mph, Dragster)
I can remember when they said 200 was a big leap.
That back half of 51 MPH is huge.
That’s One Mean Stampede.. in that Awesome Dark Horse!!! CONGRATULATIONS TEAM TASCA!!!💪🖤🐎🙌🔥
Amazing feat witnessed by dozens of people.
The excelleration on the back half of that run defies physics. I can't even compute what I just watched.
Wow!!!!!
You mean acceleration, right ?
@@ctlt-pg4tm he clearly knows nothing about physics, and even less about spelling 😂
Congrats from Providence, RI !!!!!!!!!!
Incredible congrats to Bob Taska and team PPG
Absolutely fucking legendary! Way to go, Bob!
Great job team!!! Making that early statement with a speed record!! John force had a good front row seat at history.
That is hauling the mail
Mind blowing! WOOO!!!👏👏👏
It’s surreal, I’m trying to comprehend what that acceleration feels like!!
Bob Tasca III you’re a lunatic 😂
Yeah baby!!! More speed and more speed!!!
Incredible run
It almost looked as if he shut off before the last light too
@GritSounds that’s what I thought to 🇦🇺
ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM, Thanks BOB😊😊😊

bro that is faster than record 338 of top fuel dragster
Insane
thats great, but Nhra should honor it. WOW
Crazy fast! Looks like John Force was slightly ahead before shutting down. But it's hard to tell from the video angle.
That’s a badass ford power!
Jesus what was his 60' time? .003?

Got go to thunder Valley, 24/ see this
How’d he do that with a 3.841? That back half… wow.

Roberts NHRA national record is not broken. A national record can only be recorded at a NHRA national event. How clear is that rule.
