This video is the reason I found your channel in the first place. About a year ago, I was just coming out of a toxic work environment and really needed to regain my confidence. I was also transitioning into full-time at my second job as a dance/movement therapist. I was still dancing/moving, but to benefit others. I missed dancing for myself. I knew I needed that to help with my self-confidence. Other dance workout channels I found focused a lot on weight and calories, were silent aside from the music (really weird being stared/smiled at while being giving an occasional thumbs up or mimed instruction), and didn't feature "Come Alive" in their Greatest Showman workout videos (obviously the most important of all of my grievances :P ) Emily, you are so motivating and don't focus on all of the weight loss bullshit, which as someone in full remission from an eating disorder, I find very refreshing and appreciate greatly. Thank you for instead encouraging viewers to be "wrong and strong" and "fake it til we make it." Your focus on having fun while moving our bodies has been huge for me since so much of my life, I have been feeding into messaging about needing to be thin to be loved. I have been using your videos for nearly a year now and it has made such a difference. Thank you for everything you do!
NGL I don’t think I could have done one more song, and that’s with having done the gentle warm-up 🔥🔥🔥 At my funeral I hope someone mentions that I was able to go from a pulsing squat to a jump and click my heels in mid-air. It will really maximize my glow-up from being picked last for kickball 🙌🏻

Was feeling really unmotivated and didn't want to workout today but I forced myself to get changed and work on myself for a half an hour with this workout. Teared up afterword. I am making changes to myself for the first time ever and I am so proud!!!!
I'm so happy with this work-out. My exams are almost over and my ankle is almost healed. This is going to the first workout I do when my physiotherapist says it's okay to start working out again. Thank you!!!
So cool! And I actually love the separate warm up dances - in this way you can also do it before a strength training as warm up or you can combine the warm up with other HIIT 😍😄

I knew I wanted to work out because it usually helps make me feel better but I couldn’t bring myself to do a traditional workout. This literally made me so happy you have no idea.
