    We have atrail boss and the radiator did the same thing …have any advice the radiator is leaking and we are needing help on how to braze it as well. My husband thinks there’s no helping it. I just am sad cuz it’s a nice quad

      Sadly these parts aren't readily available anymore. Being an oil cooler it is hard to keep them sealed and a braise just probably won't do it. Your best bet is to locate an ATV junkyard and look for a used one that's what I had to do.

    I'm not sure what year yours is but I just finished an 04 trail boss, the oil cooler part # is 1240074 which is also used in a few other Polaris atv's. just thought I would share. Also EBAY has a few of them used just put the part # in.

      Thanks for the info! This machine is an 03 but Polaris had a transition period this year so it has an 04 radiator in it. I finally found some new one but they're pricey. Have not had much luck on used ones. I do have a video coming up with me trying to JB weld it. Hopefully it works long term, it's what the owner wanted to do.

    What was the solution for that? I have the same similar situation where the electric start cranks like that. From your previous video

      In this video I replaced the throw out gear to fix starting issue

      check the ignition coil, and after that could be a defective cdi box

      We need one too been looking can’t find anything

    Polaris starters just have a terrible scraping sound there's actually nothing wrong with it

    • @Throttleoutmedi4
      @Throttleoutmedi4  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The push out gear was ceased on it, so it wasn't engaging the stater.

    Sunf is not a off brand

  • @davidwiley5349
    @davidwiley5349 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    It’s cause it’s a oil cooler not a radiator

    • @Throttleoutmedi4

      Oil coolers are still radiators
