This lesson is not only useful, but also very funny. I used to guzzle down beers when I was younger, but nowadays I just sip on a little red wine. ; ) Thanks so much for uploading this lesson and have a good week, teacher! ; )
Thanks a lot! I'm the same... I used to drink till I passed out, but now I drink more responsibly. By the way, nice use of paired conjunctions! (Not only, but also) Have a wonderful day!
When I was younger, I used to show up with a pack of beer in my house, call some friends and wind down, on and off we will party on until early morning and for the hangover we prepered a soup to sober up
The whole story sounds very familiar to me. But it was a very long time ago, over 50 years ago. 😊😊I think most people were crazy back then and it's no better today.
One day i went out with my friend. He bought one bottle of AMSTELL for me. I chugged it down because I was in a hurry. I blacked out. In the morning my wife ask me what had happened. She said to me that I did not even put my pair of shoes off. She told also that I threw up. I will never pass out again. I will Guzzle down.

Lol! Sounds like a lot of fun! Except for the hangover part 😅

in 10:18, why the opposite verbs is not "knock back" ?? isn't knock back more appropriate? thx
Ahhhh! You're a good student! I hadn't realized it but yes, knock back could be the opposite of sip on. Thanks for the assist! 🤩

Hahaha! Yes indeed! I think it will always be the same😅
I haven't been drinking for 5 years
Man that's great! I wish you the strength to keep going for 5 and then 10 more years. 😇

Hi! That's a great story.😄 Next time, sip on your beer instead of guzzling it down. Better results that way ;)
Thanks for watching!
I'm drunk .
Lol! I'm tipsy!😅😅😅
Do you think it’s true that expensive alcohol drinks and cheap alcohol drinks cause the same symptoms when you get drunk?😂
I think so. Some people say that expensive booze doesn't give you a hangover the next day, but that's probably psychological. 😅
