I love parts bin bikes ! Lots of fun and a great father son project. I have an old Concord MTB. It's not high end, probably straight gauge tubing, but it has forged dropouts and seems well made. I'm pretty sure my bike and this one have no connection to the Dutch brand Concord. The only thing I've ever been able to find is that some were made under contract by Kuwahara. So my long winded question to you is do you have any info on the Concord brand?
Looks great! Love that you saved the paint/graphics. It'd be hard to beat the look of those classic graphics.
