    I noticed that now that I have done this for two weeks i don't get as hungry as I used to doing interminnent fasting and now one meal a day and I genuinely feel good ...so thank you for sharing bc I thought was crazy its good i am not alone

      Girl that's literally your metabolism dying!!! You're gonna quickly gain the weight back once you start eating normally. Also, extreme restriction leads to binges. Please please eat enough and workout (especially strength training) and you're gonna lose BODY FAT not just WEIGHT!! Wishing u luck ❤️✨

      @@anitkaurbagga7936Could not agree more. Eating under 500 calories is not NEARLY enough for your body to thrive. I’m not an expert, but I can tell you that eating that little is starving your body. Yes, you will lose weight, but it’s not healthy WHATSOEVER. I really hope this person along with others learns that eventually!

      Your stomach is probably shrinking cause it's not getting enough in it. And you might think that's good but you're really just on a path of stomach and metabolism issues and most likely eating disorder.

      ​@@anitkaurbagga7936Not true! I dropped 30 lbs doing this 3 years ago and l didn't get any back. I am also active every day 30-60 minutes cardio and eating 1000-1300 cal a day because l am only 5.2 and l no longer consume processed, fast food or bad sugars. It is possible but after you have to change Your lifestyle.
      Same with any diet If you start eating everything on the menu once you're done and don't exercise and limit your calorie intake and add fasting into your weekly plan You're going to gain everything back.

      @@TH-camuser10873 in order to eat nothing at all, you need to have proper nutrition, still. Drinking salt water or vitamin water is a great alternative to food that can prevent re feeding syndrome (search on this.) and you also need to find something to do when you get hungry. Working out is a great hobby and it speeds weight loss. Be safe and careful while doing this, though, and take breaks after a week or so with a small 500 calorie meal or snack. I did this and lost 15 pounds in just one week.

      @@sayqr but what did you do when you got extremely hungry (if you did), did you eat any protein for a 500 kcal meal to decrease ghrelin? Im currently doing a caloric deficit , I drink a good amount of water and i eat protein, I see change on day 1 but im i dont know what to do if i get really hungry cuz if i overeat i might regain weight

    I miss your longer videos. I'd like to hear some of how you fill the rest of your day. I find I have way more time on my hands and I do a 4-6 hour window as I am only 2 mo. into this (lost 5 lbs. so far). Does your husband miss you eating snacks with him at night like when you had a 6 hour eating window? Just wondering how to wade through LIFE challenges. Can you recommend some "Fasting Communities" to join for support? I have read "Fast, Feast, Repeat" and "Delay, Dont Deny" by Gin Stephans. I am reading "Cleanish" and have "The Obesity Code" lined up.

      I am still making a longer video every week (which has always been my schedule… Saturday at 10 am!)
      In fact tomorrow’s is almost 20 minutes!
      Also I am starting a live next Wednesday at 1:30 PM.
      I have just added shorts, certainly not in place of my weekly long video.
      My husband doesn't really seem to miss it. It we have a special event, or a planned late date (like Ben & Jerry's or Qdoba Queso and chips) after kids go to bed, I simply plan to have a longer window. So I accommodate te those things that are fun for us.
      As far as filling the rest of my day, TH-cam, house and three kiddos always have something to do, I never feel a void where I don't know what to do.

    I could never i nedd 2 good meals 1 heavy breakfast 1 good lunch and one dinner smoothie + snacking idk id only try intermittent fasting if i dont have to study that day

    I cannot do OMAD because I have a heart condition and if I fast too long then eat my heart rate goes way up. So I only eat one meal during dinner time and before that when I break my fast I have something light like soup or applesauce.

      You’re completely right! I thought the point of this was to eat healthy. That’s not healthy! You can’t have an entire day of food, that’s 1 meal, but then eat supper unhealthy. You should eat a healthy meal to keep you fueled for the entire day.

      I like to feel like I am getting the extra benefits of autophagy and I do feel like it helps with weight maintenance. I am less strict about how often I do them in maintenance though. I had two this week, but that almost NEVER happens. I just did a second one because we were eating on the road for an out of town track meet and I knew that fast food wouldn't be super satisfying and since I already love Jimmy John's I turned it into a down day.

    I recommend not doing this if your trying to stay fit because you lose muscle and make sure not to do it often because it slows your metabolism I did this almost everyday for a month and ate a normal amount of calories I should eat a day and gained 3 pounds In 2 days so beware and talk to a doctor before doing this

      Everyone’s body is different, this didn’t work well for you but it could for others. It’s just about knowing your body and what would actually help you.

      3 pounds is nothing. It's probably not actual weight, its just the food you ate and havent poop out or you ate a lot of salt so it's basically just water still in your body, or just normal weight fluctuation unrelated to food intake. I agree about the doctor part though
