Hello! I am glad to see you commented. You would one of the people I wanted to tell that I got accepted to Ohio State University. You were the person that told me about pit tagging the turtles and getting a permit. It has been a long way since then, but I want to thank you for helping to further my education about these animals and how to keep them.
Congrats on getting excepted to OSU. I studied zoology there and now practice small animal veterinary medicine near Dayton. I see exotics including reptiles fairly regularly. It can be challenging but also rewarding.
Thank you! That is great! I liked here about people succeeding in the veterinary/reptile field because it gives me confidence that I can do it too! It will be challenging, but hopefully I can see it through.
@@DIYReptiles MedVet Hilliard may be a good resource for getting some shadowing experience for someone at the college level who is considering going into exotic medicine.
I wouldn’t want to get looped into a zoo. Maybe if you found a good humane zoo, but a lot of them like to cut corners and cheap out on vet skills. Definitely a private organization would be more lenient with your hours and more reliable but I hope u get to do what u want.
okay i'm officially in love ! and also really nice room keep going !
This is fantastic, Jonah!
Nice turtle tanks, and congrats on college!
