Hi Andy, I obviously can't see them in the murk, but from the calls and the habitat, I'd lay odds that those 'Crows' are actually Ravens. Looking again on a big screen - there is a good view of one which appears over your left shoulder from 25.41, which confirms it. 🙂
Superb Andy Lad!...love that route and I'm pleased ya remembered where that watter was lol I was shouting at the telly telling ya 🤣 (good watter that even reet out the rock lovely!! but always good using the filter to be sure) I love it when the Ravens join in't walk haha i realy do regard them birds as friends. Great video as always bud 😊 Tek care stay safe ATVB Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐ 🙏🏻
i knew it was up there somewhere Andrew just couldn't remember been a long time sin i last did that route..cracking route though i wont leave it as long this time til i do it again lol..
Great stuff mate. Need to get the traverse route done me sen. I think, Don’t quote me, but Packwoman’s grave is also the spot where she died from exposure in a severe snowstorm on her way back to Langdale. So they say, bless her. ATB Dave
Enjoyed that, never been up the climbers traverse.. been trying to get into wild camping, tried it once on binsey but nearly froze to death.. wish i had your confidence to do it solo, especially in clag on a fairly remote summit.. good stuff, tek care lad :)
Shame about the clag but another great video Andy. Last time I was at Angle Tarn I pulled plant and moved as it ended up heaving with folk. I found a cracking spot looking down into Langdale just beyond Rossett Pike at Black Crags, maybe check that out one day.
Thinking back its amazing how good forecasts have become, MWIS is excellent, it’s rare now that I ever go out in poor weather, back in the 90’s before tin ternet, you had to ring up weather line for a mountain forecast, which was usually way out and expensive, so I reckon over half my mountain trips were in clagg! MWIS doesn’t cover Dartmoor which always puzzles me. Nick
I camped at angle tarn earlier this year set off from stonthwaite via rossett pike. Lovely day and night woke up to clag down to the tarn went up ore gap then bow fell didnt see a thing lol went over to esk pike still couldnt see anything.
I appreciate the effort, and the video is actùally pretty good. But I couldn't understand most of what you were saying, so i turned on the CC option. And even CC had trouble translating what you were saying! It's still a decent video, though.

Great video once again Andy . Brought back some great memories traversing the climbers with the missus.
Keep up the great work 👍
Back to the claggy weather. Can see that being an awesome pitch in winter. Cracking video as always. ATVB Robert
Looked dense that fog. Nice video 🙂👍
Thank you.
Completely agree about the weather. Much prefer a bit of moody cloud. Just as long as it’s either above or below you so you’ve got some views 👌🏻
The wild camper's, wild camper

Seen that spring years ago, it’s mentioned in Wainrights guide which is I think is how I found out about it! Nick

Location kept secret for nearly 300 years and now TH-camrs are giving it away. Even Wainwright didn't show where it was.
Location of what? Sorry I'm not understanding what you are meaning?
location is easily found by searching on the internet..tfw.
