    Do you feel tired, drained, depleted, and you’re not recovering even after ‘resting?’
    If you have been:
    working too much
    thinking too much
    experiencing stress, or anxiety
    spending too much energy
    you may be qi “depleted.”
    You may have even had all the tests necessary to rule out any medical reasons for low energy, and nothing has shown up. Perhaps you've been told, “you’re fine” but you don’t really feel like it.
    This could be qi depletion - and it is very common!
    Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong constantly assess the root energy and qi of the body. Ideally, the qi is strong and abundant, flowing smoothly throughout all the meridians, collaterals, soft tissue, and internal organs.
    Fortunately, this simple Qigong practice called "Gathering the Qi" can help prevent or recover from qi depletion. Try and practice daily, perhaps even twice a day, for best results!

    I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.

    Jeff, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your videos. I found them about two months ago and have been practising every day since for at least an hour and I feel like years of stagnation and heaviness is evaporating. Thank you for all that you offer.

    I have been practicing with you every mornings for the past week. I used to always wake up feeling anxious, i dont anymore and i can go to work feeling calm, relaxed, positive and full of energy. 🙏☺️

      My guess is because the focused slow breaths. It's like a moving meditation. (not to downplay the Qi - but at least that's how I feel practicing buteyko breathing "

    This is helping me a LOT during my BURNOUT CRISIS, its exactly what i was looking for in the world of Qi Gong for my case. Even doing it for a few minutes (wich is what i cand handle for now, and its better to start STEP BY STEP than going full hours) in the morning i feel really better and ALIVE. You really feel that somwthing was STUCK inside your body and now its free and breathing.

    I just did this, I feel much calmer and I actually feel motivated now to hop on my mat and do at least a feel yoga asanas! Will try to make this a daily practice! You are a wonderful teacher, thank you so much for sharing with us ♡

    Hi Jeff, Ray here from UK. I have been following you for few weeks. I am on the recovery from chemotherapy to help with advanced Prostate cancer. I find the routines great, I am getting a little confused with what routines to do to help with energy and healing. I like to memorise them as I find I am more relaxed that way. So I guess question is which is best for me to try and get my body to help heal itself and get me some much needed energy. Looking for routine of max 15 mins. I just wish to be out there playing with the grandkids again. Thanks.

      @@elb3960 hello, yes it absolutely helps! He has a daily meditation which he finds very calming which is the 5 minute breathing and relaxing sequence Jeff does with the waves in the background. It also helps his joints and coordination as he can follow short simple practices and repeat them whilst enjoying the outdoor settings. He says he finds it very gentle and calming 😌☺
