2016 Golden Power Series Round 3 - Bendigo - KA4 Junior Heavy!
Qualifying: Poled it by 0.363 over Jackson Rice.
Heat 1: Had an alright start, went off and fought back to 2nd - with no brakes!
Heat 2: Fixed the brake issue, lead every lap until two to go, kart gripped up and Ben won.
Prefinal 1: Extremely foggy, messy start and took 2nd place.
Prefinal 2: Got punted off, made a comeback to 3rd, was 0.25s faster than anyone on track.
Final: Very wet and I was very sick, passed under yellow and got awarded a penalty. In my opinion, the penalty I received doesn't fit the crime, but oh well I can't change it.
As always I'd like to thank JSKC for all their help, AMR for a great engine, Steve Gawne for his assistance throughout the weekend, and also letting me sleep in his van on Sunday when I felt really sick, everyone for good racing and all my mates for their support.
