The lights are not projecting headlights. They are reflectors headlights. And the GT line with tech package does come with reflecting led headlights. The EX does not come with adaptive cruise control.
EX has a sunroof. The GT has all around LED Iights and NO sunroof. For some reason Kia’s top trim in this model doesn’t come with all LED lights which is quite a joke considering it’s the top level or should I say the top trim?
I bought the GT trim w/ Tech addon in White Pearl a few days ago and the body styling + 18in. rims are 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

We have LEDs on the Canadian models but we don't have the green colour unfortunately. The SOUL is really the only vehicle I like from Kia, I love it!

GT trim has a sunroof as long as it’s not the blue/black combo color - can confirm since I’m driving the white one 😅
I have such a hard time finding this trim around my area
There are vents underneath the driver and passenger side front seats. 🇺🇸
