Carlos wants Wimbledon. Defending his title and maintaining points matters more. The Olympics will be there 4 years from now. I also think Sinner's streak will end. It has to at some point.
I think placing Hurkacz in the 3rd tier is a mismatch. In my opinion Hubi has at least 50/50 with each player from 2nd tier. Anything lower than QF will be a disappointment. I completely agree with top tier. I will be very surprised if the trophy goes to someone else.
I agree with many of these. Although, I highly do disagree with Djokovic. He's doing extremely bad right now, and just went through surgery. He doesn't even know if he will play yet.
IF alcaraz doesnt give it his all at wimbledon trying to save energy for the olympics i will lose a lot of respect for him, the olympics will be there in four years wimby title defence is NOW
I have a feeling that Alcarez will be more focused on playing doubles together with Nadal in the Olympics than on the singles tournament. We’ll see. I hope that he will give his best in Wimbledon. Sinner and Alcarez are in a league of their own this year.
@@al1976-v7m she says in the video maybe he won’t give it his all because he’s trying to save energy for olympics with rafa, that’s why i’m commenting on it
@@fv4328 yeah but it's a bullshit take this is Wimbledon the oldest Grand slam and he's got a title to defend. I guarantee he is not thinking of the olympics right now.
I'd love to see Dimitrov go far. He's one of the most exciting players to watch and he's been to the semis before. Berrettini will face Sinner in Round 2 so it's unlikely he'll go deep.
Thanks for that Jess. It's a hard task predicting such a large number of players' chances but you did a good job on it. There's always unpredictable variables. I think your 2 top guys is a reasonably safe bet. We'll see :)
8:00 de minaur has been playing great - starting to just pip the top players so he could well make a semi-final. what do you think?

Why shouldn't he be motivated for Wimby?
