    I think this talk reinforces the idea what Europe 1914 had reached its pinnacle and a comeuppance was likely to result. Europe has never recovered.

    She starts off well and then takes a sudden shift to discussing some tiny group of people who had ZERO impact on European culture. The lady has spent too much time in academia.

      John Ferguson completely agree. I had high hopes for this talk but it turned out to be (maybe) intentionally obscure
