So glad I found you! I used MUAC peels for years and never got the results I hoped for. Thanks to your coupon code I placed an order with Platinum Skin Care and am so excited to use the information I’ve learned from you, Platinum and Cody. I feel so empowered!! I am 55 and swear by retin-a. Once you get past the peeling it’s a skin changer for sure. Start out slow just don’t give up! I live in Texas and got my retin-a from Mexico all the time- til it got so dangerous at the border, now I order it online from India- so no judgement here. Thanks for sharing
Lady Ana, thank you!!! I am so glad you found my channel too. We have some things in common. I too was using MUAC TCA peels (tried them numerous times) over a five year period and I didn't get the results I had hoped for either. I did have really good results from their other peels. But, now I have been purchasing my peels from Platinum Skincare. I heard about Platinum Skincare from my comment section of a previous video. I am so glad people told me about them. I am glad you know about them too now. I had really great results from my most recent TCA peel. I'm kind of excited to do it again! Thank you so much for sharing that about Retin A! I am about to get a prescription probably through Curology, to try it out at least. I will stick with it! I lived in Texas many years ago and my brother and I went to Laredo area once and stayed in Mexico. I get kinda worried about my mom sometimes but she loves going there for dental work. :) So interesting that you get it from India now. I used to order some stuff from India years ago. Anyway, so glad you are here - thank you for the nice comment! I can't wait to hear how the TCA peel goes for you with Platinum Skincare!
Holly di you have a video on sunscreen? I have this issue where it is hard for me to wear sunsceen, they all seem to feel like my skin cant breath and feel cakey and gross. Also would love to see videos of you making skin care products!
Thanks, Bell! :) I did do a video on sunscreens. I have had the same issue you describe, but with foundations. The one that has worked best for me (for dry to normal skin) is Cotz SPF 40 sensitive mineral sunscreen, although I've heard many people like Elta MD, but it's so expensive. This one seems quite moisturizing, but for me it dries down and my skin somehow feels normal again after 10 minutes. It doesn't pill up under makeup or feel heavy or gross. I do know that feeling though. I also tested out out a bunch of sunscreens and some of them caused that exact feeling and problem for me. I would highly recommend the Cotz one, as the best one available that is fairly reasonably priced and a mineral sunscreen - but mostly if you have dry to normal skin. Other than that, mineral sunscreens are tough because the formula is harder to perfect. If you are ok with chemical sunscreens, there are probably a lot more options. :) Thank you for your nice comment and for watching!
You should look into Asian sunscreens. They are very light and gel like in texture, absorb quickly, and don't feel heavy on the skin. They were the key for me to start actually wearing sunscreen consistently.
Hi gorgeous!😊 When do you use the alpha arbutin, morning/evening and first, between or after other products? What do you love more, microneelding or peeling? 😊
Hi Isabella! I currently have run out of it and haven't used it in a while and need to re-buy it. I would actually sometimes use it in the morning. I recall definitely using it every night though. I think I would use it before most of my other products at night and let it totally soak in. Your second question is so hard to answer - I think I should do a video on it it...Good idea. :) I LOVE them both so much - they are my two favorite things. I am slightly leaning a bit more towards the needling for overall, fairly fast (3 mos.) and long-lasting improvements. Yeah I will definitely do a video on this soon!
Hello, Please let me know that how many times should we use a peel? Once in a month or 3 months and also please tell should we use glycolic peeling pads everyday and leave it over night or for 10-15 mins?
For TCA peels, some people do one once a month. To me, that is probably too often due to the downtime. If you have peeling pads, they can often be done a couple of times a week. It depends on your skin type and the percentage of that product and how your skin handles it. If you were going to use peeling pads, you should wash your face before, tone it and then use the pad. After using the pad, then you can apply any serums and moisturizer you have. :)
Hi Megan! I have not noticed that at all. I haven't done too many TCA peels. But I think microneedling and using retin A can help keep the skin strong and thick. Also I will try to do some med. study research on this to see what it says about skin thinning and skin procedures. I may do a video on it...so thank you for asking this!
Yes definitely! I really like and trust a company called Platinum Skincare. I have a link and coupon code in the description. They have TCA that starts at 7% I believe - super safe to start with that one if you have sensitive skin and some people like to start with their 10% for their first TCA as well. Also I first heard about the company by several subscribers and I really like the owner. If you have skin or product questions, you can also contact them through the site and they will help. Most of the products also come in trial sizes so you can test it out a few times at a great price. If you have any more questions, let me know!
I would love that. I went to Vegas a year ago and I did get carded at every point in the casino, which is weird because I lived in Vegas 10 years ago and it didn't happen then! But, you always love those things when you're older. :))
Love the information you’re providing. I learned to do peels from dermatologists and you are sharing valid info!
Thank you! 🙏
Where did you purchase these products from? I’m not sure what to chose.
Your natural overwhelming beauty makes it difficult to stay focused 😍😆😉

I don't understand how you're supposed to wash your face during the days your skin is peeling without causing PIH and scarring to your face??

Hi, do you think your skin has become thinner since doing Tca peels? I wonder about them thinning the Skin permanently
