Skeletons are not actually involved in evil stuff. The skeleton is simply the last part of the body to remain after everything else has decomposed. The folklore of skeletons being "involved in evil stuff" is based on how we imagine the decomposed corpse coming back to life.

Sacha 'genuinely' did NOT like this guy. He found him arrogant, brazen and rude. This was one of his funniest ever videos. He didn't even 'attempt' to ask serious questions. He just wanted to piss this pompous surgeon off. Reading the back story of how all of these interviews came to pass is fascinating. Ali G just went for the kill right off the bat here, you can tell he hated the doctor. 'Let's talk about death D E F, the thing that happens a few weeks after you're no longer alive.' Even by hos physically close Sacha is to this guy shows he just didn't care one bit about this interview. 'let's talk about the human body cause everyone has got one of them,... so we is meant to believe.' He was winding him up 'prior' to the interview, which he seldom did with his one on one interviews, if ever. This is one of my favorite things he ever did

Sacha is well educated himself and he would have researched this surgeons background extensively. He dedicated his life to saving the lives of children. One of the things he is famous for is saving the lives of thousands of babies born with birth defects. He's renowned for championing policies to protect the rights of newborns with disabilities, and devoted a large part of his later life to helping other parents who had lost a child. He also released the first report on the health consequences of involuntary tobacco smoke exposure. Please think before you comment.

Because the skeleton is the last part of you that remains behind after you die. When people discover corpses of long deceased people who have decomposed so only the bones remain, it becomes the inspiration for folklore stores, from personifying the skeleton as if it were alive in its own right.
