After seeing him here I have the highest Respek for General Brent Scowcraft. He's seen life and knows how to handle Ali G and all kinds of characters with ease. Never got flustered, impatient or fell into Ali G's traps. He's the kind of person you need to negotiate global crises. Very humble, polite and respectful but he's learned from life. I remember as a kid when he was in the news in the 80s and 90s. One of the main men you wanted during the Cold War. Would loved to have had him as my mentor and learned so much from him.
Unfortunately he's passed away now.

Sacha realised because he wasn't getting any ego, stupidity or bs off the guy, that he wasn't gonna get anywhere, so he just tried to make his own lines funny and respected the guy.
Normally he finds a severe character flaw and plays into it... It was probably refreshing to just have someone be nice but also not an idiot.
