@@juandiegofigari7010 Peaceful is quite boring tho. You aren't struggling to find food or trying to find shelter quickly either so its mainly meant for building.

I really like this way of playing minecraft, not big goals or impossible projects, not rush to finish the game, just making a world to make a nice house and be relaxed about it

That how I play on servers let the others do the labour of getting beating the end and getting elytras and shulkers, I'll just be building a cottage in the middle of no where thanks very much.
IMO its the only way to play. even tho i am a beast on 1.8.9 i still play survival just like infinite does. just chilling, building a house. no mega bases. just listening to calm music and drifting off.

I want to add that it is really fun to see the rethinking of designs, stumbles and hurdles, just like in a normal game. Rather then the video being heavily edited with only the ''good'' bits, the longplay lets one see the thought process, the rethinking, the little details. It's quite relaxing.

maybe worth mentioning that areas that deal with a certain type of weather frequently actually have the knowledge and infrastructure to handle it. compare that to my town where a school bus was swept off the road and washed down what turned into a river after such a “heavy” bout of rainfall. or when it froze over earlier this year and none of us had snow tires, none of the roads were salted (or sand/gravel) and the bridges weren’t closed

yeah I didn't realize how much I needed to watch something like this after speedrunning for a year. At first I was like "Get out of the forest, dude, look for a better biom- Oh a ravine! you're- ignoring it? Ok. Why are you going so far to get trees? You'RE IN A FOREST". I used to play Minecraft all the time with my friends when we were all 13 years old (10 years ago now). Playing on a cold, rainy day was the best, especially when it was raining in the game too for some reason haha. Makes me miss it so much. Wish we all still had the time to play together.

For one thing, you can place steps on the top or bottom of another block to get them to point up or down, you don't have to click on the stairs next to them.

I know this is an old video but I wanted to find it again and share with you that, 2 years ago, I watched this longplay while I was in the hospital in labor with my first baby. I was tired, in pain, and frightened if I’m honest, but I remember putting in my earbuds and watching this, and it calmed me enough to get a little sleep before labor progressed.

I work nightshifts, I enjoy falling asleep to something during the day, but all of the youtubers I watch are very loud at times and will jar me awake. Sometimes I fall asleep to sounds of rain on TH-cam. This is just perfect! I love the non commentary gameplay and sound of rain!

Rain sound playlist and videos are a dime a dozen, but the lovely part of this being a minecraft long play is that viewers get that soothing rain. But we also get the dynamic changes if you moving around and the pleasant interruptions of minecraft sounds. Plus its a treat to be able to watch builds come together as well! I just recently discovered this and it's perfect for background noise while I work. I used to watch reaction videos or listen to music, but this is by far my favorite thing to listen to in the background. I feel relaxed and it reminds me of my childhood. Keeps me focused. 10/10 would recommend.

I always watch your videos whenever I cannot relax even on very long road trips.
This is quite relaxing to listen to, but if I had one gripe it would be that your style of play is so haphazard that it’s a little unsatisfying to watch in places. It’s like you were trying to only gather exactly what you needed then just didn’t and had to go back for more resources. The aesthetics, style of build etc, doesn’t worry me. It’s a very cute starter. It’s the constant back and forth, and not finishing one thing before you start another that I found unsatisfying.
