I've been a chess player for a long time and learnt to think playing the game but I've never thought of playing to influence others like Tunde has done. I'm proud of your achievement, proud of the impact you have on children, keep it up
There's a lot of talents on Nigerian street. In tge street you learn football, tennis, Technical skills, Gymnastics and Boxing...... I am Nigerian and and i confirm his story is authentic
I'm star struck, and blown looking at what God has used Tunde Onakoya to do in the lives of these children and the country at large, going by this mind blowing speech. God keep you Sir to keep impacting lives
This is amazing. Thank you Tunde Onakoya. These 20 million children in Africa when given a chance can become the propellers of significant advancements in our fast changing ecosystem

Thank you Mr. Tunde Onakoya! It is truly possible for African children to rise from the chains and ashes of the past when we start from those small places. The story of slums in Africa is so immensely sad but becomes truly amazing when we start to find answers to our collective problems. God bless you! ❤️
This is what I'm talking about.A beautiful success story from a little place to a great place..What an inspiring gentleman..we proud of you from Nigeria.welldone brother.
Thank you @Tunde Onakoya. I have been looking forward to watching your speech. I actually got to be a fan of yours and an enthusiast of chess after watching the story of Ferdinand Maumo on TV. You are doing a great job. God bless you.
Congratulations to Mr Tunde. You are a true ambassador. If only our African leaders could do better for the people and stop embezzling money, people won't have to go through such a hard way looking for survival opportunities abroad.
Well done Tunde. God Almighty will continue to strengthen, uphold, elevate and bless you beyond measure for your kind gestures to the less privilege children find a place in the world again 🙏
Thank you for all you do in improving the lives of kids living in slums by using Chess as a tool of empowerment and liberation towards fulfilling their destinies.
Welldone Tunde...in some way we share similar passion giving privileges to kids under....unfortunately, I left active chess....maybe you'd take me in again. Besides scriptures club, I enjoy teaching kids reading too. I see the audience reluctance @ saying after you in the end...the black man bias, maybe...but you move brother.

Ikorodu, is not a slum, please! Get your facts correct. A town that produced Nigeria's first Republic Minister of Information. In Ikorodu and the whole of Lagos State, education is free from primary to secondary schools.
So Ikorodu does not have slums abi. There are slums in most parts of Lagos State, if you lack understanding do your research and shut up. What sort of thinking is this for crying out loud. If there's free education as you claim, why are there children who still don't have access to this "free education". As I said do your research and think with your head.
@@odusanyaadedamola2659 Mention one slum area in Ikorodu township. Let us comment with fact and rationalism. Access to keyboard and data is not synonymous to knowledge. May be Google is your pathfinder.
@yemifest1648 Please don’t mind him, even on the Island here in Lagos, there are slumps area not to talk of rural Ikorodu. Ask him if TOS Benson that he talked about was living in Ikorodu as minister?
I am indigene of Ikorodu. Ikorodu has slums. You have to know the meaning of the word slum. No need to be proud in heart. It doesn't matter if Ikorodu produced the first minister of information (TOS Benson). That's old news. What matter is what can you do improve the people and place.
