Its a skin event, you need to wait until the event ever apear again. And yes it has a monetario cost for the diamonds you need to purchase the skin. BUT is still not that easy, because is a “roulette” so you can’t get the skin until you got it by rulete or collecting enough event coins. you can get those coins by giving a spin in the rulette.

Itadori's skin is very annoying in his ultimate. Just put the sukuna with the white clothes there that appears in the anime and the malevolent sanctuary in the background
