I think it's worth mentioning to your viewers that early models of the Helios 80 were flawed. The clump crusher would get bent out of the chute and you would end up with blocks and chunks of espresso. Eureka in Italy are well aware of this - as they refunded my machine 6 months later. 6 months of being told my burrs weren't broken in. 6 months of being told I'm grinding too fine. I finally took it apart and realized that the clump crusher, made of tin-foil-like metal, was bent upwards and out of the way.
I think it's worth mentioning this to your viewers.

This must be good as my local (very very busy) cafe uses it.

My Helios 80 has just arrived and I'm having some trouble with it. It only works for a coarse grind. When I dial up for my (pretty standard) espresso recipe, the machine simply doesn't work. Apparently the beans get stuck in the burrs and they don´t have power to grind anymore. Any help with that?

Are you running the grinder while making the adjustments? If it's not running they get jammed. Try backing it off and make small adjustments with it running.

I experienced a similar problem but it was the result of my mistake: when you put in new beans always turn off the grinder, close the hopper (intake hole) take the hopper off, fill it in and then put it on turn on and open intake of hopper. What I did was the following (which resulted in a similar experience: I turned the grinder of, closed the intake and filled the hopper while it was still attached on the grinder… this is a no go with this grinder. The burrs get stuck one way or another. If this happens it will be messy but turn of the grinder then try to take it of (and put something under the hopper so your beans don’t fall off entirely. Take the beans in the grinder (intake) and vacuum the residue. And fill the hopper correctly. Problem solved

Whew, 20 amp outlet? Def not something most home users will be able to do with it paying $$$ to an electrician to rewire their house.

A lot of modern houses have 20 amp outlets, but this is aimed more at commercial users. They haven't released a short hopper for the Helios models yet to work with the hopper kill switch. Thanks for watching!
