    Works out to 4 deals per quarter. I know the market was buoyant in the last 2 years but is this even possible?

    It's easy to get the houses but harder to make money and keep them. So many investors I know have many properties but with very little equity in them and don't make much monthly profit.

    Well done 👏. The key though is how much wealth are you actually creating for you in income and capital. I hear a lot of the time about we're doing this and we're doing that but how much are you actually keeping or is it just another job you have.

      I completely agree with this question. But it may be very hard to tell how much he can really earn as he just steps into this business, in 3-4 years. However, my opinion is that what he can learn from these years and enjoy sharing his experiences. This is a great way to motivate others to know that you always have opportunities if you are brave enough to do new things.

    I hope all is well, love listening to all the stories, Im from Ireland (Co Sligo ) and lending rules seem to be quite tough here, Is there any way you could do an episode regarding the Irish market. Trying to grow my portfolio but lending seems to be the problem.

    Trying to automate rent to rent is like trying to automate baby-sitting: the whole esseence of R2R is to take hassle off landlord. Trying to automate it defeats the whole essence. If the landlord discovers it can be automated, then the whole R2R model falls apart.

    Do you ever measure the metrics of how many people on your training courses go on to actually buy property? I'm always sceptical that most trainers just want to sell courses and don't really care if anyone succeeds.

    the fact that 1 individual can own 32 houses is a collective problem , great for the individual but on an island that has a legitimate freeman constitution owning 32 properties is bonkers

      He doesn't own 32 properties, he has control of 32 properties. Do you know how many properties the Royal Estate owns? Or Hedge funds? Why are we always crapping on the guy who's one step ahead of us? Work harder don't hate.

      I met this guy on a course and know people who have worked with him since. Muzzi is a legitimate person unfortunately. Just because you can't imagine doing it doesn't mean it can't be done.
