    Really really good stuff in this, if you've got property try your best to hold onto it, if you don't have any property try your best to get some. Let time and inflation do the rest.

    This is the most optimistic take on the property acquisitions I have heard in my entire 8 years in property. The idea that we can get 8% yield single lets in the south east, without serious horse trading was a distant dream when I started. Moving forward with care but a consistent pace seems to be a strong move for 2024 and beyond.
