My son assembled his bike but the brake pads are rubbing against the brake disc. Also, display was broken during shipment. Can't reach anyone at Mokwheel customer support.

I would definitely reach out to their customer support again for the display ......also I have a video on how to adjust the brakes this is very common on most all e-bikes out of the box.
