I was raised as Christian but didn't understand what "Christianity" really meant for me in my life, until such time that I felt empty about everything. I was looking for something that can fill up the missing puzzle piece in my heart, but nothing can fill it. Then I realize that I have God, and Jesus that died for me. Praise God, 2 Years sober and continuing. I really love living with Him, and FOR HIM. To God be the Glory!

This is so bizarre, but it is definitely God's timing. Last night I just confessed to God I was lonely and I felt myself wanting to slip into old habits. Then I had the best night of sleep all week. I wake up and in my notifications is this sermon. Wow! He is always listening!

Edit: I have felt lonely for so long and have allowed my mental health to consumed me since 2011. I hid my emotions and refused to take care of myself, which now lead to consequences of it, and leave scars all over my body. I am 21, who has experienced a loss of my mother and many others who has been in my life that mean to me, and thoughts about suicide constantly for several years. I felt lonelier every day and got myself addicted into sins that I would never thought I got myself into. After reading my Bible and dealt an issue with my ex that left me heartbroken and betrayed, I’m so glad that God is in my life. God has reminded that that’s I’m safe and that nothing can never separate His love from me. I surrendered myself everyday to Him and I’m reminded that I’m lonely. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and my sins because of your unconditional love.

Me too. I live with artist and my son is agnostic and I'm so depressed I'm addicted to Xanax and I've had 8 major back surgeries back to back went to suboxone and live in shame from being a stripper when I was younger. So i don't feel worthy and the ADVERSARY is fighting me hard. Rattle had me balling for 2 hours. I'm glad that Pastor Steven in family doesn't act golfer than thou. There was some things that happened when growing up in church. Beating with a rhinestone belt etc. I thank God for everything you Preach Pastor. I'm disabled and just diagnosed with MS AND AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER BONE DISEASES. I WAS ABOUT TO BLOW UP THE SOAPING WORLD TO CHRISTIAN BIBLE CHURCH. YOU GOT GRAVES INTO GARDENS ON THE WAY I PROMISE YOULL BE ABLE TO SEE HOW I MAKE IT. IVE STUDIED ECOLOGY DERMATOLOGY BOTANICAL AND EVERY ORGANIC VEGAN AND ITS HOLY OINOINTED KINGS OIL FROM ISREAL ITS A PAY IT FORD SOAP. THABK U FOR EVERYTHING

Right on time. I just woke up yesterday and realized that my light stirs up demons. And I’m not afraid because I know God is with me. The time is now for me to do what I was called to do years ago and that was to “be different”. Spoken to me in a dream at the age of 12.

I’ve struggle my whole life trying to fulfill the absence of my father in all the wrong places and guys , I’ve felt so lonely my whole life. But about a year ago, i sought out the lord and i gave him everything , he has fulfilled me entirely , thank you for this message this came at the right time . The lord is my father and he is with me always .

Amen, I was in a abusive marriage had PTSD very badly and nervous breakdown. Pain pill addiction but I've been in treatment for almost 2 years constantly and I'm recovering and clean for 2 years. Remarried, pregnant and happy. GOD changed my life completely

I am lonely too. Or ALONE so to speak. Don't know who to turn to for help except God. So that's all I'll do. I find it super painful to ask human beings for help and they say no.

I've been in a season of loneliness for almost 5 years. At that time, I walked away from relationships and a lifestyle I knew God was calling me away from. Since then, I've chosen to walk away from numerous potential friendships and relationships that I knew were not godly. I really believe the statement "Show me your friends, and I'll show you your future" is true. At the beginning of this year, I felt like God was finally taking me out of this season as I started to meet some great people... but then social distancing happened 😅. Sometime I feel like it's my fault, but every time I ask God about it He reminds me that "Loneliness is a required course for leadership". This message was a confirmation. Friend, trust God with your life. He truly knows best, and He is the best friend/husband/father you could ever have. Alone but never lonely. Thank you Pastor Steven!

Amen. Before I used to litsen to lot of sermons and read Bible everyday. But for a while I felt too lonely, I was like God are you there. Jesus what happened. Then I was praying today, God talk to me. God see me. God heal me. Then suddenly this video poped up my phone. Then I knew that God is talking to me. Believe in Jesus Christ. Let him take care. And after that I changed. But then I was still lonely just like you. Standing at the edge of the mountain. I was like is this life. I didn't know how to figure it out. Then I slowly started to pray again. Thinking about the good times I had with Jesus. Then I started going to him. Running to him. Now I'm nomore alone. Amen

You are explaining me to the fullest...I have felt so alone and different all my life. This is confirmation from God....thanks so much pastor. The crazy thing is I always have people around me and grew up popular.
Honestly God brought me pastor Steven furtick when I really felt ALONE and REJECTED 🙅♂️ 🙅
I had let some sin in my life and brought it to my church and repented but I still felt condemned and judged by them. 😵
I would go to church regardless because I felt called, even though I didn’t want to.
This went on for almost a YEAR!
Now my pastor is actually stepping down due to mental health issues.
All I wanted to do was be FORGIVEN and move on.
God helped me to know threw this ministry that his opinion was the only one that truly mattered and that GOD DID FORGIVE ECEN WHEN HUMANS DIDNT. He said that I was free and he would serve JUSTICE and ACCOUNTABILITY with those who were not showing his love truly. I PRAYED FOR THEIR HEARTS TO CHANGE AND STILL DO.
Every time I needed to hear from God and it didn’t matter what it was, there was always a sermon waiting here for me. You have encouraged me to not give up to infect to persevere and move forward.

Lord, I'm extremely lonely & suicidal way too much, can't get focused, find work or find any purpose anymore, why am I still here Lord ?
We have to find our peace and strength in Him. I am not suicidal but I am very lonely as well....but yet here we are everyday.

In my church’s Celebrate Recovery, when we get up in front of others & identify ourselves....we start with our identity in who we are in Christ, then our struggles, then what we’ve survived & worked through (with God’s help), then what we’re still praying for God to help us with. There is no judgement because we recognize that we’re ALL broken and need God’s help.✝️
So many lives have been changed through this program because Christ is the focus.
I’m a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, survived an abusive marriage & survived a near death experience. 😇 God gave me a second chance in life, and with His help, and the Step Studies in Celebrate Recovery, I am a new person.
