Russian leader Vladimir Putin has issued a decree to increase the size of the Russian army, which will now number 2.389 million people. Speaking as an American citizen born n bred in America. Citizens of America, if you want to save your country from communist russian Invasion in the future you'd better be watching that US supports Ukrain.
