This has been an issue (skill issue) since when the farm was added, I have told a lot of players these same things, yet to no avail. When newbies come they do all of these mistakes, somebody tells them that's not right, they become better, quit the game, then more newbies come. Its a loop, I quit too.

getting level 4 farms is okay, actually. They have the same value as getting a max farm 2500 x 2 = 5000 750 x 2 = 1500 And after some testing getting level 4s then 5s instead of maxing to 5 immediately both max at around the same wave.
Watched this even though I know how to farm and for the level four farm, you can get 1, 2, or 3 of them left out and then you can max them but it’s not recommended

At that point, lvl2 upgrade on the remaining two lvl1’s is a way better deal than upgrading to a lvl3. Same rule applies always, lvl1 to lvl2 should always go first before lvl2 to lvl3, unless you have 8 farms down and have 1k cash, in only that case would it be better to upgrade lvl2 to lvl3 over the lvl1 to lvl2.
For this reason - and for divisibility, since $550 is a lot less of an investment and allows you to upgrade faster in general - it’s true 99% of the time that you should always prioritize lvl2.

But by using the same logic, the income should be increased by $150 and $250 respectively. Which after some calculations, we can find out that the income/$ for each level increase would be 0.27 repeating and 0.25 respectively. Which proves that level 2 farms are better.
Another tip is when you’re getting lvl 5 farms, you should get them maxed before late game or else you’ll just waste cash upgrading them for less waves to make income. So if you’re already at wave 30, just focus on defence and not farms.

If you meant the placement limit for towers and not farms, then it's still doesn't change anything. If you didn't do so, it means that you're placing farms way too late.

assuming you were in a game of solo fallen and maxed all your farms since wave 20, you'd make 240k total for the price of 60k (including both level 4 and 5), quadrupling your investment. It's still worth it getting level 5 farms, although they aren't the most cost efficient they can produce a lot more money

You generally don't wanna get lvl4 I recommend get like 3-4 lvl2 farms then upgrade them all to lvl3 then place all 8 lvl3 farms one by one then upgrade to lvl5 one by one

assuming you were in a game of solo fallen and maxed all your farms since wave 20, you'd make 240k total for the price of 60k (including both level 4 and 5), quadrupling your investment. It's still worth it getting level 5 farms, although they aren't the most cost efficient they can produce a lot more money

You can actually spam level 2 farms bc it has the same cost efficient as level 3 im saying this cause you have the to wait one more wave to get level 3 farms so yeah 2 level 2 farms has a cost efficient of a level 3 farms so yeah thats bassically it
If u have extra 500 money better to get lvl 3, when u have 4 lvl 3 farms(it is same money and cost with 8 farms lvl 2) u can place farms lvl 0-2 with ur extra money when u cant afraid lvl 3. If u have 8 lvl 2 farms u cant place farms with extra money and your only option cost 1000
Look what pros are doing in hardcore level 3 has the cost efficient of level 2.
Level 2 farms cost 1k meanwhile level 3 farms cost 2k and level 2 is a much faster option since you dont have to wait 1 wave 4 level 2 farms can give 1k and is easy and much faster to place meanwhile spamming level 3 just takes to long and need to skip 1 more wave and getting less money so its much better to spam level 2 one by one since you can adjust your farm placement earlier if you are a hardcore pro you bassically spam level 2 farms look at red tophat plus you need to be fast and that improves your fingers to place faster also i dont get your reply.
Finnaly understanded it) well 8 level 2 farms give 2k cash nothing to worry about tho and its easy since you can upgrade 2-8 farms faster.
@@JevieJarongay U didnt get me, if u have enough farms u can get 1k money per wave and if u have 1k money better option is to get lvl 3 and if u have only like 550 better to get lvl 2
i get 2 lvl 3 farm first, then get 8 lvl 3, place some more defense and get a dj, then lvl all my farm up to max lvl right away
Nope if you have money wait until end of wave if you know you can get upgrade if you know you can’t place another lower level farm down if you have all farms down and can’t upgrade then wait

For me i get 3 lvl one farms then 2 lvl two farms then repeat and now you get 2 lvl 4 then upgraded one farm of your lvl 4 farms to lvl five and repeat until all farms are max. I did this i got all max farms in wave 20 in molten

You generally don't wanna get lvl4 I recommend get like 3-4 lvl2 farms then upgrade them all to lvl3 then place all 8 lvl3 farms one by one then upgrade to lvl5 one by one
+ farm should in dj range for better cost efficient... Just don't mess up tower placement
