Will the file be send to the customer automatically or after a payment is done do we need to send manually. I have done as per this video and tried purchasing with different e mail id ....the payment was successful but the file didn't went to respective email.
The file will be sent automatically. It will be shared with the email that you provide.

If the payment fails, Razorpay will not send the details of the payment as the payment is not captured there and the automation workflow won't trigger.

Once you set-up this automation it will run automatically.

It will auto fetch the emails of the customers through RazorPay and will send the file to the customers emails automatically. You do not need to do anything manually.

I have 30 audio files which has to be sent to the customer (each one each day). Can I do this using Pabbly? I need to send the audio on their whatsapp.
