Props for using Guilliman Blue. The only thing I'd do differently with that is applying it after the highlights, as it'll not only enrich the blues, it will also tie each shade of blue together. So glad someone has used this almost forgotten glaze paint. Also, hope you got better dude. Definitely not nice having your throat giving up the ghost.
I always love how you paint, because you generally make anyone who says that GW paints are bad, wrong. It's how you use your tools, not the tools themselves, that make the artist.
If you're looking for European theater here's a video that I've already made: th-cam.com/video/WKYg38_MB-4/w-d-xo.html If you want British airborne there is this one too: th-cam.com/video/_JiGAoaw8-Y/w-d-xo.html And if you want British 8th army.... check back next ;)
How do you assemble the mini 'after' priming and painting? I've always been concerned about things holding together that way. Do you need to scrape off the paint from the contact points?
Get me outta that awful armour !!!! Seriously though, this is a prime example of GeeDubs not thinking things through. Is Primaris a new type of SM, or a new type of armour,, putting me in this destroys their halfassed Primaris origin story
The new fluff is that they have a way of "upgrading" existing marines to Primaris standard which is what they've done to Calgar. I would expect many more well known characters to receive the Primaris treatment going forward as part of the slow phase out of Old Space Marines in favour of Primaris

Thanks for the sub!

I love the way you paint so much! I would love to see you paint one of the new Bloodthirster models or anything Khorne related for that matter
i think the next time i decide to paint another marneus calgar, i'll try this method! it looks WAY easier to paint for me
Beautifully done! Thanks for sharing this.

That fade to the background 💀. Happens to us all mate.
Great video, can you also do a video on how to paint the death cult assassin in the rouge trader set?
Great tutorial! Can you do painting tutorial on a Death Korp of Krieg Leman Russ tank next?
Nice idea! I've always fancied doing a heavily weathered IG tank.

most of the critique of GW's paints is on the pot design and price. both are not relevant in these videos.
@@eyaldiskin3665 True it's not, however when it's not the pricing that i hear complains, its usually with the quality of the paint.
Happy new year pal! Who's Marneus Calgar? 🤔
Looks good!!
Thanks!
RIP Guiliman Blue

Yeah
Did you use guilliman blue over all of the blue? Thanks
Hi, do you have any tips on how to paint polka dots on miniatures?
💜 Great video! 💜 👏
happy new year!
Happy New Year!
Great as always :3
Thank you!
How do you assemble a painted mini? Doesn't the paint affect the glue from sticking?
You can use a knife to scrape away paint at the contact points (like I do) or you can use some putty to mask off the area before you prime.
Sounds like puberty hit you hard, mate!!! Haa!
Seriously though, hope Papa Nurgle leaves you alone soon and you feel better!
I thought that Nurgles Rot looked a bit off....
How to paint: sons of the Phoenix pls
Nice idea :D
@@PeteTheWargamer Thank you😁
