    Hell, that was 4 snatches on 215 kg in one session! Lasha's 100 kg muscle snatch is like absolutely nothing! It's scary to watch what strength and power this man has...

    215 yes 215 no 215 yes 215 yes .... unbelievable to miss it and then snatch twice again after takes some mental strength and pure belief and confidence , great coaching and support staff, the greatest ever , we will never see another Lasha for a very long time so enjoy the next 10 years with him

    0:30 to squat and stand with the bar on your shoulders without holding with your hands... it needs absolutely perfect form in your back and legs. It's amazing how a giant with unparalleled brute strength has such flexibility, balance , and grace

    • @Avicenna10
      @Avicenna10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Absolutely! I had exactly the same thought watching this. He has not only incredible brute, strength, but also incredible grace, which is not a word you would normally think would apply to a super heavyweight weightlifter.

      Probably yeah, but the wall can come quickly in this exercize...
      You can go from being pretty " comfortable " to unable to move the weight properly in a few kg...

    most strongest man ever . his 300 2 rep squat is nothing for him absolutely is like nothing . i see a raw 295 kg squat by one of stronestman champions and i compar with lasha,s 300 kg . then i see level of power of this man . one and only lasha talakhadze. PURE POWER 🦾👍

    What's that floor made of to resist all that weight crashing and crashing incessantly?

    • @MrDJAK777
      @MrDJAK777 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Looks like concrete floor with a weight mat made of good ol fashioned rubber, impacts don't really do any damage they're more susceptible to friction/puncture and age but is king for impacts

      Actually, that’s not true. Somewhere on TH-cam, there is video of him doing bench presses to work his auxiliary muscles. He doesn’t go for a maximum lift as I recall, but he very casually does multiples with more than 200 kg.

    Lasha and Eddie could friends as the wall between East and West is broken and the system cannot guarantee protection of the sports anymore.
    Wassili Alexeyev blamed typs as Anderson, while the "Mountain", "Thor" tries to blame types as Lasha. Schwarzenegger gave Thor a great chance as he himself was nomore estimated for bodysize and his strength was a relict from a junior career in olympic weightlifting. Strongman was promoted by Arnold's friend Franco who trained powerlifting for Bodybuilding.
    Bodybuilding is nomore what it once was it efforts nothing but surgeries.
    Alexeyev or Schwarzenegger was the question in the 1970th. But this was over after the professional wrestlers presenteg types who made Arnold small however were overthrown by tricky bodybuilders.
    There is fighting, strength sport, maybe throwing athletics or bodybuilding. It is by far not the same (maybe in Hollywood).
    Weight lifting and throwing athletics from the Sowjets, bodybuilding and powerlifting a
    from America.
    Professional wrestling is nonsense because we have now: MMA etc. on one side and "Strongman", World Strongest man on the other side as show.
    Social media promote bodybuilding rather than powerlifting.
