Duty release menas after doing shift u have open nhsp again and see wheather ur code and evenrything is okay and then click on release it means u approved shift and u will get paid for it according to ur band
Don't worry Ur trust will provide after u come to uk Or else u can convert sim to vodafon sim and before coming to uk u can recharge that as international roaming just for 1 day or 2 days meanwhile u will receive sim from ur trust as soon as u receive
Not on the health care visa, if you are found doing any other work apart from the Visa issued to you(in our case we are only allowed to work as a nurse even for the extra 20 hours that are permissible we can only do the jobs where our work will be of a nurse ) in that case you will be fined and your visa will be cancelled and you will be deported !

Yes we can take 27 days annual leave in a year and its upto u how many times u need to go india u can divide this days and go
