In the part where you discussed the gravitational potential graph, why do we have to relate it to density? Isn't it possible to just plot it against M/R? I'm really lost over here and I hope you can help, and also thanks a lot for the video, it helped me review the chapter a whole lot quicker :)

Because density stays constant as you go towards the centre of a planet - the mass pulling you does not.
