What type of rotary punch is that?

I picked that up from tractor supply. They had it set out for $3.99

@@MichaelMaysLeatherworks Seriously? What does the other side do? It looks like the tubes and the anvil are replaceable.

The anvil is replaceable, sadly the tubes are not. I’ve been using this though for 3 years and it still punches through thick 9-10 oz leather like butter!
The other side houses a razor blade which can be used for flush cuts.
