Since some garlic bulbs were infested with larvae.. I separated all the cloves from the bulbs. So if I place unpeeled cloves in a Ziploc pouch in the freezer will it surely last for atleast 5 months? Or should it be kept in the refrigerator?

Liked all your 6 methods.
I do make paste and store it in glass container adding salt and oil.... The thing is... After few days it becomes quite soggy..... Hence today I kept it in the freezer.
Rest garlic cloves I seperate them from the bulb... Even they start to get spoiled.... Fuska hojata hey.
You kept the cloves in freezer but large quantity mai kaise rakhe????
Ya fhir waisa hee pura garlic blub rakhe ...... Rack mai.

After choping the garlic we can fry it in oil and add salt.
After room temperature,we can keep it in the refrigerator for the whole year.

i'll tell ya the best way THIS IS NO JOKE! FREEZE it whole even with the peels on it in cloves it don't shrink nor rot> just as fresh as the day you froze it> I did a experiment with a whole clove, and it worked was easy to peel slice and JUST LIKE THE DAY IT WAS FROZEN no favor lost either

@@deea8897 no i didn't vacuumm seal it. just take a little bit and try it . Yes it lost favor in 3 months. but still was good! Not all dried out nor rotten. It looked fresh! again, but it did loose some favor. I was just trying this out.
