My drawing units are in Millimeters. I checked it from units command.
To make sure i draw a line of 25.4 units then measure it , i add
alternate units also with primary units . Dimension says length of line
25.4(1"). So it prove its units are in millimeters. when i use
-DWGUNITS command it says meters(6) . I am confused here. Any help would
    be appreciate

Thanks brother! I managed to do that but if I want to maintain the units as it is, e.g 10 units to be the same as it is, is that possible? the reason i'm asking because I got architectural drawings in wrong setting, and I am using AutoCAD MEP to model the HVAC system, if I do it your way the dimensions of the arch drawings will be wrong, is there a way to resolve this issue?

You can try the steps as I mentioned in the article, for the duct you can simply export it in using WRITEBLOCK command and then change its units in the new drawing and then import it again.

    why so

M KF no need to download these ctb's. it's available by default inside AutoCAD. it must be work if you already assigned at the moment of plotting or page setup.
the second option to plot in black and white, first you need to make a pdf and then print, don't forget check features tab in pdf, there is an option available for black and white print
