@@peterdenov4898 What are you talking about? I'll make here an assumption that Monst3r's attack is on 'average' 230% of his standard (so half of his skills bonus) and that he attacks 9 times (20sec skill duration with 2sec attack interval, taking into account last attack being clipped), that's about 30000 true damage. In 20 seconds. In the same time that Hoederer will deal 14000 true damage, Monst3r will deal 60000. Except, for Hoederer, he will then go on cooldown, but Monst3r will deal 60000 true damage EVERY 70 seconds (Kal'tsit's 3rd skill has 20 sec of uptime and 15SP). This is a huge difference in true damage potential. Hoederer's true damage isn't terrible, but it should not be considered relevant on its own. It is only relevant as chip damage added on top of his regular damage. Beyond that, it's only good enough to make a difference by killing the weaker ranged opponents like simple drones. For most else you'd still need to bring operators, so the chip damage doesn't matter much (unless blocked, just about any standard enemy will enter the blue box in 70sec...).
@@kikixchannel what I ment to say was that Hoeder's meat and honey is 60k physical dmg with 14k 'true' bleed being added as a bonus. Both Kaltsit and Amiya's S3 deal only pure true dmg and has some sort of added massive downside regardless if it's gonna be instant death or 50% loss of HP. Hoeder on the other hand looses barely noticeable 100hp every second if it dosen't attack, but self heals for 400 with every landed hit.
@@peterdenov4898 This thread of comments is about the true damage part. Hence the only comparison is on the true damage. As for drawbacks, while Amiya has a high one, I don't count Monst3r's as a high one. With how much damage it deals over the skills duration, killing 'something' for it is extremely easy. Only some tanky bosses or the likes of collossus can survive one full cycle of the skill, but even then, you can solve that by blocking a normal mob first and using the first attack (shame, but gotta do what you gotta do) to kill it off. Alternatively you can use Monst3r as a support DPS instead of the blocker, so that the loss of HP wouldn't matter much. Seeing how rare him triggering this drawback is and how easy it is to dodge it altogether, I wouldn't consider it heavy by any means. I haven't been screwed by it even once since Kal'tsit's release. I haven't had a need to work around it even once. It's just a non-factor.
For our fav seasoned merc, killing annoying bosses is easier than activating his own talent.

Kaltsit and Amiya also have around ≈15-25k true dmg per skill activation so it's standard, the thing that sets Hoeder apart however is the fact that he doesn't suffer from any negatives and his dmg isn't just “pure” but “mixed” physical.
Of course Emperor's Blade is the only one that killed him, still one of the best boss in the game
