His S3 can be activated roughly every 7-5 seconds, once he reaches module LV 3, and he apply stun for roughly 5 seconds so, basically for any enemy whose attack pattern is a little slower, so long as they don't like, one hit kill him, yeah he's gonna solo it. ...he can also solo Dracul phase 2 with S3, just so you know.

Well they kinda added it on purpose to fix the archetype since zuo (unlike the other soloblades) gets both the benefits of his low health + tenacity as well as a high effective hp pool, while the others constantly alternate between high hp + low aspd and low hp + high aspd
You don't have to POT him at all to get this result. This is his Max power without any potentials. so just level up your Zuo le and mastery 3 his skill and his module. and your Zuo le would be as powerful as this video!
actually he's his own SP battery because his own SP will turbo charge the instant he goes low health. His SP charge will actually double or more once he goes critical health. He's a true berserker since both his attack speed and skill charge speed crank up near death.
i think s2 still better for stable sustainability. s3 can be better in sustain if he can kill lot of enemy in one go but again it focus on dealing damage and not the best option of sustain

You don't have to worry about pots in arknights, they are very minor buff to the operators.
