omg that kid running outside of the set after getting the door shut in his face is the best part lololol
stinky kid jajajaja got lost in the scene
Lol
Christian Noruego just seen it ....best part of the sketch
Was that part of the skit? I can't tell.
That, and the fact that Pratt tried to shake his hand, but kid just ran past him and it was all awkward.
The saxophone playing in between scenes is absolutely perfect if you've ever seen any like 80s or 90s family sitcoms.
Must be Tom Scott! :-D
Like how you just threw the “like” in there 🤣
In full house , when Stephanie is asked if she wants a cigarette.
666
It's spot on
"I called the park, they've been closed for two hours...". Amazing.
how would that conversation go: "Hi, yeah this is park.. no, no i've been closed for two hours" :'D
vubevube “we’re sorry, the park closed ...TWO...HOURS ago, please hang up and try again”
Jesper van Werven
Lol, my mother would say stuff like that.
Parks have a directory then you call them it says what time they open and close morons
Gorilla Jones your mother is smarter than you then
I love that everytime Beck isn't being talked to or isn't relevant, he just stands there.
I didn't notice this the first time but at 0:25 he's just fully braindead. I'm gonna miss him so much 😢
@@jjsegal1915 I didn't look this moment up yet, but I can already see the exact look you are referring to.
@@jjsegal1915 Didn't see this the first time, went to check and laughed my butt off
when kyle is standing in the doorway when the kids leave makes me giggle so hard
molly c that and the kid getting the door shut on his face were my favorite parts lol
And it’s Kyle so you know that was deliberate
Kyle waiting for his next victim
Favorite part!
he's waiting for the perfect time to walk in, like they do in sitcoms
the fact that the set is so obviously modeled after joy and chandler’s apartment is hilarious
Yea I thought so too..
Joy Triggernami, my fav Friends cast member
That looks nothing like their apartment other than the kitchen and bedroom is in the same location which is just a generic setup. But nothing else is the same
@@scottd1903 haha so by kitchen and bedrooms you mean the whole house? Obviously a replication then isn't it? lol
The funniest thing about this is that Kyle put on a tool belt to hang that picture.
Then he masking tapes it. lol
And NEVER takes it off!
Lmfaooo
The writers or whoever created this skit, doesn't have a clue in how to make people laugh!
And then used tape.
Scene Change: Sexy Saxophone Noises.
LOL yeah I know shows like Full House, Hangin With Mr. Cooper and Family Matters were really big on using the sexy saxophone transition music😅
hahahaha! That is a funny way to put it!
It's Sergio: th-cam.com/video/ZNno63ZO2Lw/w-d-xo.html
And the guitar lick.
The way Kyle acts like a bad actor in some of the sketches kills me every time
I've seen him do this in this sketch, Wing and Cool. Any others?
+Ashley Nicholas high school theatre is a good one
Thanks! My favourite of theirs is Dancing.
Hannah Taylor And Wig
Circus and SNL 40th are good - Kyle on the streets
I like how they taped up the painting
the whole time i kept trying to figure out the relationship between the three men - roommates? brothers? parents and child?? and honestly, the fact that it's never clear (and doesn't really fit any of them well) is brilliant.
GwendolynnBY the description says roommate but I’m pretty sure that wasn’t the intention
i know like whats the relationship
Kyle's the dad not biological, Beck is the teenage son and Chris plays the preteen in the wrong crowd.
@@jessybee1389 ohhhhhh
The subtext is pretty clear with the whole park and ball thing...
I love how one of the kids got left behind the door so he just ran out like he was running out of the fourth wall.
That 80s child actor grew up to become Deadpool
THE RANDOM CUT TO THE CASTLE KILLED ME.
SAME LMAO
It's so random lol
It is not random, that is their apartment complex.
#Bowsers Castle
Same here!!! Lmao!!
"I called the park,..."they closed 2 hours ago"!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
When the kids run out of the door and Kyle is just waiting there for his time to enter :)
Cam 😂😂😂
And the last kid just runs off the set after being left behind 😂😂😂
This is by far SNL's most underrated sketch
All of kyles are
Is based and almost copied from Step by Step season 3 episode 13 (Bad Girls) even the dialogues are sometimes exactly the same
I love this sketch so much
I think this is the best of Kyle’s ridiculous sketches.
This is amazing, Kyle's bad acting just cracks me up everytime
Catarina Bakker u realize that was fake, right?
IDK if it is fake...I always thought it was until I started realizing that he does that in literally every skit...I don't care I've been a Beck Kyle and Eric fan since goodneighbor
Very Epic Fortnite Gamer smol boi smol brain
Best short sitcom ever. They should make more of these. Save 20 minutes of our lives.
This describes every 90’s sitcom ever made.
You mean the TGIF Family Friendly sitcoms?
The set is made like Joey and Chandler's apartment from friends
More like the 80s
@@dotunkujembola6940 true
Growing Pains and Step By Step
The genius of this sketch is unreal.
No, it's not. (This is a fight.)
Kyle standing outside waiting when the kids run out kills me
aside from the music and the sets and the transitions that so perfectly depict 90s tv sitcoms I also love the characteristic color hue that you see in this. It's not just the colors themselves but there's weird effect that makes it look sort of like the colors are not very crisp. Sort of like the colors are "spread out". That's a detail that could have easily gone overlooked.
This is a fight
The fight is over
good call
Lil homie pulled a glock on Chris 😂😂😂
Are we just gonna ignore the fact that little dude pulled a gun?
skepticbb93 get the strap lol
It’s for self protection libtard. Second amendment? Heard of it? Guns don’t kill people, people kill people!
Master Debater Poe’s Law in full effect.
Ikr. It went 9-100 real quick 😂
master: Yep. All 6th graders should carry guns. It really livens up those schoolyard squabbles. But hey, 11-year-olds with guns don't kill people. People kill people.
"You mean the friends who just ditched you, and left you hanging out to dry?" The line reading here is just pitch-perfect poor acting
1:43 the way Beck awkwardly plays with the ball cracks me up
Its so how they did sports scenes back in the day. Just really basic movements because the actors all sucked at sports.
@@23ofSeptember Had nothing to do with the actors sucking at sports and everything to do with them wanting to save film and not have to do two dozen takes, if you keep the movements basic there's less chance of a screw-up.
He does it the whole sketch lol
That's foreshadowing
"Hey, listen, you can't tell me who to hangout with. This is a fight *slams door*" 🤣😂
Honestly this is probably one of the best SNL sketches I’ve ever seen
Kyle Mooney baby
Kyle and beck do the best skits 😂😂
Directed by: Tommy Wiseau
Hey Ben = Oh hi Mark!
Written by Neil Breen
oh, what a story, Ryan!
Wiseau sounds like the german word for "why?"
You're tearing me apart!
That saxophone really ties the scene(s) together.
I feel so sorry for the people who were not appealed by the genius of this sketch. I really love the work of Kyle and Beck so far, I wonder what part they have in the writing since their acting and humor fit so well in the sketchs they're in.
genius is a strong word. I'll say it again. fucktard
I like Kyle and beck but these sketches are not good.
Beck and Kyle already made videos prior to showing together so they have good chemistry
The word genius is used far too often these days.
The idea is pretty funny if you grew up with the TV shows it's making fun of, but it really only needs to be done once. Having it as a recurring sketch is a pretty bad call.
😂 Full House vibes all the way. Omg the gun 😂😂
the apartment looks like joey and chandlers
+Fester Smyth is it really? I mean it's a similar layout but it's missing the bathroom on the side and it's more colorful and somehow seems smaller to me but it could be the same just renovated
I think that is the point
yeah, i think so too.
LITTLE EMMA No it's not actually. Joey and Chandler's apartment got a batheoom where the window is placed.
LITTLE EMMA It looks almost similar though.
I think they accomplished the "it's so stupid it's funny" thing well. I likey. Loved the stolen ball thing when he just had it in his hands 2 feet from where it was, they pretty possessive over they things
this is exactly what im looking for in my tv shows
Am I the only one who noticed that the room is almost like Chandler's apartments in Friends?
This is a fight 👊🏼
The fight is over
+Sarah Fox cool
sebastian warz-tapia That's a really nice ball. 🎾
sebastian warz-tapia year 7s in the playground be like
isn't that a line from community? lol
When Kyle’s just standing in the doorway at 2:56 lmao
If you don't get this, then you didn't grow up watching TGIF. (Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, etc)
It's so good, especially the super easy resolution from a single conversation, and the random inserts of establishing shots that have nothing to do with what's actually going on.
The music reminds me of wishbone from pbs
And the stupid B plot of hanging up the picture 😂
@@Nope2479 The B Plot was the ball which comes into play in the 3rd act.
Russell Masc I don’t think you know what A and B plots are.
@@Nope2479 From Wikipedia: In fiction, a subplot is a secondary strand of the plot that is a supporting side story for any story or the main plot. *Subplots may connect to main plots.* in either time and place or *in thematic significance*. In screenwriting, *a subplot is referred to as a "B story"* or a "C story," etc.
Why is Kyle so excellent at playing a bad actor 😂
I watched this several times but just noticed for the first time Beck's face in the scene starting at 0:25.
this reminds me of Patton Oswalt standing completely still in the background of a sitcom scene he was in, you should check it out!
amazing
Thanks, this just made my morning.
I remember that. It was a birthday party scene during “The King of Queens”
or how he plays with the ball.
To watch actors act like they can't act is just absolutely hysterical.
I always find SNL sketches funny but I just breathe through my nose harder instead of actually laughing. This made me LAUGH
Ur right, u do breathe through ur nose faster
That saxophone is literally every scene change in a 90’s sitcom 😂😂😂😂😂
I laughed SO hard when he flashed that gun
these sitcom sketches with beck and kyle are actually my favorite things
The reason I love this is because it doesn't even feel like a snl skit. This is basically just a goodneighborstuff video featuring Chris Pratt.
The head nod by the little baby boy is too much 1:22.
this sketch is perfection
The random, incongruous B-roll gag never gets old.
I love these bad acting skits. Beck and Kyle should have their own show for these
I called the park. They've been closed for two hours.
This is how men get angry lol
Kyle is the BEST at deadpan/“bad” acting. 🎭 😂
I can never remember the phone number to the park. Those guys rule.
The funniest part about the sketch is Kyle standing behind the door, waiting for his que while, the kids run past him.
This is an amazing, note-for-note parody of this style of bad 80s sitcom. The audience track with its inappropriate reactions is a satirical masterpiece by itself.
I'm glad that you specified the '80s because folks keep wanting to say that it parodies '90s sitcoms and I'm over here like "that stuff was done back in the '80s first."
@Apexone Well it was in both decades. 80s and 90s. The saxophone scene transitions were basically in every 90s ABC TGIF sitcom 🤣
Beck and Kyle were such a power duo, so good together
i'm laughing so hard at this and i feel sorry for all those who don't get it because it's hilarious
Thea Ursua oh man. has the taste in humour of humanity gone so low?
You call this diarrhea humor?
it's parodying 90's sitcoms.
Yes I'm 34 born 1984 so for the love of GOD I get it😭😭😭😂
@@RjBenjamin353 Yeah, listen to Roy! Roy has wonderful taste. What a special boy Roy is. Thank you, Roy!
Dude the random castle had me laughing out loud
joey and chandlers appartment tho
i thought so too
0:49 he just ran off
I just love those random blues licks. It just made it funnier
is nobody gonna talk about how that is literally joey and chandler's apartment?!? im so confused lol
i love the random establishing shots
"I called the park they've been closed for 2 hours" I'm dead🤣🤣🤣🤣
I flipping died after the ball stealing scene xD Sitcoms to a T
I love how he threatens him with a gun to steal a ball but when the owner shows up they run away
Kyle and Beck are by far the best SNL has to offer
This NEEDS to be a more recurring sketch! They’re some of the best skits - I REALLY want to find the one with Larry David as cousin CJ.
That was deep on so many levels. I need to take a second look at my life.
Funniest comment ever. Thank you!
2:35 I love kids with guns lol
omg this is golden
k hassan no this is a fight
@@ddenicoli The fight's over.
“This is a fight” 😂😂😂😂😂
Im my health class the teacher made us watch this “teen drama” about peer pressure about things like drugs, alcohol, and sex and the acting in here reminded me about that
After watching this skit literally at least 50 times I've come to a conclusion: the kid that runs off set in the wrong direction was intentional, i came to this conclusion because in the first scene where he meets the bad boys at the park they jump off the bench and he intentionally runs in a different direction. Such a brilliant little creative choice im my opinion, those kids are truly funny.
I feel like Kyle upped his bad acting game in this. I love it.
I love how the kid shakes Pratt’s hand like an adult at the end of an interview!
THIS IS A FIGHT.......I died😂
I wish there were more of these. I've seen the other 2 ready
I love Kyle's comedy so much
Are we just gonna ignore how Beck just passes out in the middle of the skit 0:24!! haha genius
They were acting so bland I can't stop crying!
Beck at 0:26 is pure gold
This set looks a bit like Joey and Chandler's apartment from FRIENDS
Oh my god YES!!!!
Kyle and Beck always stand in the doorways of their sketches when they exit a door... it's so subtle but so funny. Also the way Beck is playing with that ball is hilarious.
Literally every Disney channel show
I for one am glad they let us know that there was a fight and that it was over
Kyle does not take off his tool belt
the one kid that gets locked in, then just runs out of the set through the fourth wall omg
Aired 9/27/24 ? what kind of date is that :D
its from 3024 dude chill ..Chris Pratt never gets old
Be ready for some random person to randomly comment "that's today lol" that day :D
im gonna keep this on my calander and when it actually is the 27th of september 2024 im gonna come back and type ''wait thats today'' trust me
I thought i was the only one who noticed lol
Month-year-day
You know what was hillarious was how the kyle delivered his lines.... it totally reminded me if kid actors who shift weight from one leg to the other to pretend to aft natural while delivering there lines rhythmically.
2:29 They're so calm and it's so intense. 😂😂😂
Chris is actually really good at fitting into Beck and Kyle's bad acting method, wish they had him in more
"This is a fight!"
God, I wish life were this simple lol!
He's hanging up a picture of the color yellow
This skit makes me feel nostalgic in a funny way 😂😂
The scene transitions are brilliant
