Simplemente ¡B A N D A Z A!
I loved this, DEVO has always been one of my favorite groups. I saw them live twice in Reno once at the Centennial Colisium and once at the Old Gym up at the University of Nevada both times in the very early 80s. At the gym i was right up at the stage with no one else in front of me, just the band! I actually met Mark up at the KOZZ radio station and he signed my tickets!
This is just my favorite live performance. I love this video so much, oh my!!!
I saw them in Sheffield (UK) in the early 70's. Fabulous!
That is so cool
Fan de DEVO depuis 1979 et subjugué par cette incroyable performance !!!...
Wow! Always contemporary, you can't define these guys..... Great rhythms, beat, lyrics. Thanks for posting this!!
I still remember their debut on SNL…..it was pretty mind blowing at that time. I’m glad I was there to watch them.
wow cool..people don't understand how good these guys were musically..they were not fakes. I was never a big fan but as a musician respected their talents.
I was at this show, and Devo replace another band, those that were lucky enough to see 👀 these music Time travelers, now they have pasted through are most recent decades of music pasted, and now they are heading into are music future and beyond, thank you it was a blast▫️◽🔲🔳🔲◽▫️
Was this Irvine Meadows? And what year? I think I was there too.
1996 at Lollapalooza, Irvine Meadows that was hollow ground for rock history, I was in loge seating, unreal that someone from that time, and cool thanks.

Blown away by this amazing Gig, Excellent editing and sound quality. Outstanding performance, they sure don't make 'em like this any more
I was at this show. August 3rd 1996 at Irvine Meadows, Lollapalooza. For anyone curious the line-up was
Screaming trees
Devo
Rancid
The ramones
A martial arts display
Soundgarden
Metallica.
There was an opener before screaming trees but I forgot their name…I was 14 years old. Yeah most of the people including me were there for sound garden and Metallica. At least that day turned me onto the Ramones. Again I was 14.
1 of the best bands ever assembled no question In the history of Music
Another awsome DEVO's concert.
we are DEVO!!
I love this band!
they knew to do all their old rock punk tunes...so cool every song, thanks
Most entertaining band on the planet, cartoon rock at its finest. God bless Devo for making my life so much more enjoyable.
Wendy, I played the B52s the other day and immediately thought of DEVO. I was a big fan
What. A. Set.
Amazing to see them keep pulling out the hits
Thanks for the music DEVO, your work here is never done
I challenge anyone to describe Devo with words. Forget it. It is not possible. They must be experienced in person.
DEVO rocks. I am a mongoloid and I approve this message.
Once again Spuds,,,,I was at this show. DEVO kicked boot, and the crowd responded well. people were high fiving,, pogoing,,and would not shut the heck up during the songs.. the crowd screamed through every tune, and were happy to see DEVO,,some for the first time. they were surprised at how DEVO ACTUALLY ROCKS.
Simplesmente fantásticos!!! Rio de Janeiro. Brasil.

These Guys are a Well Oiled Machine! Always Loved Em!
I saw DEVO when i was just 14 in 1980 at Festival Hall in Brisbane Queensland Australia my 1st ever live concert and still probably 1 of my most memorable did see them again about 16 years later and were just as good great band and still listening to their music to this day
they need to be in the R&R Hall of Fame...like that means anything..but still...
I saw them in Riverside when i was a Teen and they were Awesome!
Punk Fuckin Rock. They owned that bbq crowd. Probably would have lost my last marble being there. My first cassette tape as a 10 year old kid was New Traditionalists. Never gets old.
Calling Devo punk rock is like calling AC/DC heavy metal
It's a beautiful world we live in with Devo
Greatest rock band ever.
This tour came to Atlanta. They were excellent but it was outdoors. It was in the90’s. Damn hot
YOU HAVE MADE MY DAY posting this. I saw them at 'Palooza and they were fucking amAZING! I told my gf who good they sounded...new, not like the 80's and how they stayed current, and you posted it! IT was so good to see.
Amazing set and that version of 'Mr. DNA' was burning!
Starting with your biggest hit and to 99.9% of the crowd the only song they know takes a special type....
DEVO.
Re-Discovering DEVO! So freaking good. Thanks, SNL for that.
We are all DEVO.
RIP Bob Casale! Just heard the news so sorry to see you go. The concerts were amazing over the years. Thanks for the years and memories
