I would say this is for indoors and the 1603 is for outside , both look really fun.
Wow...i like it...seems locked it...and even goes in a straight line at top speed...probably as fast as the 1/16 sg truck imo...thanks for a great review.
As far as I can see, the ONLY issue with these tiny cars, is finding somewhere with a billiard table smooth surface to run them on!! That old tennis court looks perfect for running these on. It's an awesome looking truck, and the lights are so cool. 👍🏻
Its a great look truck Rob and as you mention the hard part is finding a nice smooth surface to run then as they are so close to the ground with minimal ground clearance anything less than perfectly flat just wont do. Apart from that great little cars and lots of fun! Cheers

Awesome video as always. I just got mine yesterday from Aliexpress. I do have a question. What is the button on the Transmitter that says MODE 1,2,3,4 on it for?
The 400mAh 2s LiPo that comes with it looks like a scaled down version of the normal 1500/2200mAh 2s packs that come with the 1/10, 1/12, and 1/14 scale Wltoys models, dunno why, but I think that's pretty cool! I didn't know Wltoys made LiPos that small!
You'd be impressed that the team associated RC28, MT28, SC28 and TR28 only have an 150mAh lipo batteries and they last like 10 to 20 minutes for how small it is. So they can make them a lot smaller. Heck in the future we might even see 1000 or 2500mAh lipo batteries the size of our thumbs.

I bring my makita leaf blower out with me with small rc’s to clear off surface from small leafs and rocks, all the major tool brands make cordless battery powered leaf blowers 😊👊

Just got this truck and no matter how much I adjust the steering, turning right doesn’t allow me to turn sharp. Can’t seem to adjust it to drive straight either. It also turns off on me after 8 mins or so. Not a fan of the power button either(gotta jam finger under shell) or take off pins to get to it. When it does work though, it’s pretty fun.

I've just bought one of these for our 9yo. Cant wait for him to get bored if it so I can have a go!! I found it on Aliexpress and it came with 3 batteries for around £50.

I swear, when I saw the thumbnail, I was like, "hold on, isn't this the SG1603, or did Wltoys partner with SG, or do a knockoff, or what?!". Turns out this is a bit smaller than the SG1603, but you have to say, looks very similar (like a scaled down version of the SG)! Great vid!
Its very similar to the sg1603 but a lot smaller. Im a huge fan of the SG so was naturally going to like the styling of this one. Great little car. Cheers mate

At Christmas. We run them on a track that I built to run them in our church fellowship hall! I’m looking for good drift tires for the smooth vinyl floors. Any suggestions?

would this be good out on a typical street? or should i find a skatepark, tennis court, basketball court, etc to drift on? brand new to drifting and picked up a 284131 for some cheap fun! also any out of the box upgrades you would recommend? thanks!
wont be great on the normal street as it has minimal ground clearance. you will want a nice smooth surface to run something like this on!

Lol. I just finished watching your video saying WLToys is on its way out.
They may be on their way out if they don't make much needed changes to their new products. This is based on an old wltoys chassis the k989 which is an early model and has always been good. Its the new products that are failures such as the brushless models.

You know I thought when people do reviews it was to let the public know all about that particular product why did you not mention anything about the little mode button that's on the controller? Is that something you don't know or that's not a full review.

Wait...this little truck comes with a 3 wire servo?! And the bigger cars don't (at least the brushed version don't)? What? And half of it's screws are hex screws (probably because no one makes tiny phillips screws)? lol
