This was hilarious again. And hey, at least Charles and Randy agree on one thing...: they both hate Anita and her HOA. Idea for next neighbors episode: Randy and Charles, not knowing it of each other, both move to the fishing camp off Colofia, hoping to finally find peace and quiet. They run into each other and things start again, with Anita ramping it up even more with her HOA as soon as she arrives. Maybe being so far away from everyting, you could get more crazy, into a small three way war, before attracting Grapeseed PD/County Sherrif or whoever patrols in that area.
VIDEO IDEA: Trenton has a tinder date with one of the female members of the server. Ryan robs the restaurant they are eating at, causing the police to show up. Trenton has to ride the line of never helping those idiot cops and being likable enough to get a second date

This episode escalated really quickly from a simple neighbour conflict to a street war 😂 Literally this scene was only missing some spicy chaos from Boat Boy and Tactical George 🤣🤣 I really feel bad for the LEO there... And Ryan being one-tapped - such lost oportunity to say that bullet just clipped Anita's ear xd
