Buggs just is invisible and ryan has an "invisible friend" and acts mentally insane but then buggs starts doing obvious crimes while invisible and then when the cops catch him they find out hes just wearing full body camo 😂
You could tow a civ car into a nearby illegal parking spot and Ryan could be a cop waiting nearby to write a ticket that they can conveniently pay here and now.

For some reason when Buggs and Ryan put out one of these massively successful car theft ring videos, I can watch them many times over and always have a great time. This is right up there with the time Hector stole a taco truck twice.

Honestly the ramming was warranted😂 and so that made the spike warranted. If they would have rammed and shot then that would have sucked. Amazing episode, honestly kinda glad the civs were trying to stand up to the serial tow-er. And having Ryan as the cop car at the end was just icing on the cake, absolutely immaculate!
