I've been slacking the last few weeks, but after about 5 weeks this workout I'm seeing great results in my arm mobility with higher weights, currently using 25s. Will update again after the holidays!
I love the workout but may I suggest that you include a beep for the beginning or ending of the sequences. The clock is too confusing, at least for me. Thank you, you are doing a terrific job!

HI thank you for your time showing your work out. I'm using 7.5 KG dumbbells are they alright for this work out. Loving the work out thanks.
Started this on 8/14/20 at 15 lb bells and 15 1/2 biceps.
Will be repeating 4 to 6 times per week.

This is primarily an upper body workout. Arms, shoulders, and chest.
Should I do this everyday or every other day?
I would give your arms time to rest and recover so every other day or 3 times a week is ideal.

No, I wouldn't work the same muscles back to back. I would shoot for 3 days a week.
I find when I do the overhead tricep one, I get bad pain in my elbows. Any tips?
