I really dislike the Box names on Official servers only because if they do something against TOS (Like in this video) it's a lot harder to report them. Another great video Llama
Yes it is a real problem, even if the tribe name is displayed in a different language you can still screen shot to report but when it’s boxes it doesn’t help at all.
