If you want to do it on the cheaper side it would probably be less expensive to just install one wall connector in the garage where your grizzly charger is already. Than just take a 40 amps breaker and run a #8 cable to the exterior wall connector for a 32 amps charge... You could even cheap out and get a #10 and go 24 amps on the exterior wall connector.. For my install I needed around 80 foot of cable from the panel to the wall connector, I had just around 80 foot of #10 laying around, model 3 is always full when we leave in the morning....
I have the same 2 Tesla universal wall chargers set up in my garage with a shared 60 amp single circuit. We have a Lyriq and a Silverado both with big batteries and this setup works very nicely. Just note to others, the Tesla "universal" model wall chargers are the only Tesla models that have dual lugs to support daisy chain cabling between chargers, non-"universal" model wall chargers do not support unit to unit daisy chain cabling. I found that the wifi must be in a line of site to work. I found that it did not work if one unit was inside and the other unit was outside, only when both units visible to each other does the sharing work. My units are about 30 feet apart (or 3 meters) and they communicate well with each other.
oh just checked 60% is hydro !!! well I never knew that, where is that from ?? Vancouver side obviously the rockies but where you are ? the same ? apologies donlt know the geography as I only drove on motorway toronto->Montreal and then onto Vermont !!
@@simplygregsterev stunning and very lucky !! we simply can never have that here in the UK ! so the whole green energy thing is no debate there I take it ?? just EV's vs ICE carts but as you said before Quebec is different from Ontario !!

Hopefully I won’t have any issues with both units being so close to each other. 3metres is roughly 10ft
Nice house !!! looks prime for solar panels ??
Power is so cheap here that I would never see a return. Is around 10c cdn kwh delivered tax in. I will do something one day if storage costs lower
@@simplygregsterev jeez ... and how come, is that because of the poil, of course not a good thing at all ?

@ Montreal, Quebec. 98% of our power is Hydro Electric.

Put 2 independents circuit. You have enough space for breakers
This is an option as well
Need to install a disconnect because it’s 60 amps?
Will be answered in the install video.
