I have not modeled in 40 years. Watching your videos inspired me to start again. They just closed Hobby Town where i live.
2:42 I’m think more Pacific Island hopping with the Marston Mats. A Wildcat, Hellcat or Corsair would go swimmingly. You can never go wrong with a nice weathered F4U! Thanks for reading. 👍
I got a model air plane for my birthday and its the first time i have ever done some thing like it and im really excited to start on it so maybe one day i will be as good as this thank you Andy!
Really liking the diversity of subjects lately.
I enjoy all of your review and build videos but I especially love when you show how to create the scenery! I learned more from your demonstrations than from any books on the subject... Thank You!
Two videos on the same day. Thank you. The dioramas are perfect, and as always you made it look so easy.
Really enjoyed your workup on this diorama, Andy. Those bases look great.
Living the dream Andy!! Great stuff.
Thank you Andy for inspiring me too start making models :)
That's great thanks for watching
Same for my. I started with a GPA now I'm doing the big kits.
you probably dont give a shit but if you guys are stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the latest series on Instaflixxer. I've been watching with my brother lately =)
@Justice Patrick definitely, I have been watching on InstaFlixxer for since november myself :D
From watching your channel Andy I got back into the craft. And man after my first I realized how much i missed sitting down for a few hours, listening to some tunes and building a kit. Got myself a nice air brush set up and I am almost finished.Great channel.
What great little dioramas, well done squadron models. Great job Andy, very well painted
The workmanship on that is incredible. Beautifully done!
Thanks Andy 4 the Squadron diaroma base . Very interesting. I Squadron put out bases 1/35 tanks & the like.
Nice bases, lots of potential. Saves a ton of time not having to do this myself. I will definitely check these out. Good review/tutorial.
Hi Andy. Thanks for the Videos. Really love them and all the detail you put into your builds. Keep it up!!! :)
LOVE THE DIORAMA HOW-TO’S!!
THIS CAME OUT GREAT!
I love your videos so much and being a 14 year old I love looking for things to do!!!
that's great thanks for watching
Great stuff as always, never get tired of watching your videos Andy!
Another excellent presentation. Thnx..............
you inspire me to build diyirama to thanks Andy
Balsa or basswood planks, celluclay, rocks, sticks, twigs from the yard and some aircraft parts outta ur spare parts box on any size board you chose. I like the detailed look of those resins bases but I'll make my own(One step I really enjoy is why) Andy if I were doing that WW1 base as you did I would be real tempted to put a lunar rover crawling up the inside of the crater. LOL
Love it. Great painting and weathering as usual. Why would anyone click the dislike button for goodness sake???? Cant understand it.
I love your intro.
I always wanted to make a BF109.
My grandfather flew one
Nice work Andy!
Joe
looks good to me as go will see
Watching this was like watching Bob Ross. At first you're like "oh no that looks so bad", and then the video cuts to the dry paint looks amazing. Same with the the mod podge.
I really really like ur vids and u inspired me to make more and more models, and guess what I’m only 11
Another great presentation and great work enjoy your dioramas would love to see more. How about doing some figures too would love to see how you do these as I've got some tamiya ww2 figures to do for a set piece I've got in mind. Keep up the great work.
Лучший канал о модэлизме👍👍👍👍
Very well
I like your channel
Well done Andy, lovely work. Hope these are available in the UK.
What kind of glue did you use to affix it to a wood base
cool video
Hey Andy, I love your videos, and you've really helped me start modeling. I recently painted a model airplane using Tamiya paints, and I was wondering what kind of clear coat you would recommend? Ive seen a lot of flat clear coats online, but Im not sure which one I should use. In addition to that, I was wondering if youre supposed to weather models before or after applying a clear coat. Or do you apply clear coat, weather, and then apply another coat? Thank you though, I love your videos.
Just wondering how many bottles of tamiya paint do you normally go through when painting a 1/35 tank like the king tiger?
Andy, why are you using Mod Podge for glue? It`s kinda expensive compared to PVA, just curious...keep those videos coming!
Lol has anyone else noticed that his new 3d printer is going in the background of almost all the new vids since he got it? Can't wait to see what's printing!
I suspect it's the dinosaur Andy is working on?
I didn't think that's what it would be. His printer vid made it sound that the skull was a test, I didn't think he would make a whole skeleton, that's not really his style.
We shall see.....................Andy?
bambutu he said in a comment on another video, that he is doing a giant dino on the Printer
Another great video Andy, do you know if these are available in the UK ?
Tbh I’d like to see the rocks and stuff as separate details for easier painting.
Andy I was wondering if you heard anything about a model kit company from Japan called Zoukei-zami.??
Very cool to see resin products. Does anyone more knowledgeable in the chemistry of plastics/resins know if resins for pieces like this use petroleum?
What are you printing there in the back?
What paints you use ?
Would the 1/48 scale version would be big enough for the Tamiya 1/48 Lancaster i hope to get.
Dom277 I very much doubt it. It looks like it would be hard pressed to fit a 1/72 Lanc
The box says it will hold 2 fighters or one medium bomber
Can you please do an episode where paint figs and make an infantry battle scene?!!
can you make that one of the other WWI wood board landing strips a Spanish civil war airfield depo diorama? that would be cool
Are they any 1/35 WW2 planes
What was the length of the static grass? Great work btw!
12 mm
Static shifter? Can you provide some informatio about the static shifter? Thanks.
Dennis Webb TH-cam or google homemade static grass applicator.
Thanks for the information. Looks pretty simple to build your own for under $10.
What are you printing back there?
That printer has been going 24/7 ever since he got it.
I'm sure Andy will let us know when it's relevant.
Also let's not forget that he runs a store and maybe customers are putting orders in.
Omg
if this is meant to be based in eastern europe the prop could well be right,as many air forces still had this had this kind of thing about.
